| 目的:系统分析国内关于四磨汤的研究现状、学术热点及未来发展趋势。方法:检索中国知网
(China National Knowledge Infrastructure,CNKI)、万方数据(WANFANG DATA)、维普中文科技期刊数据库
(VIP Database,VIP)及中国生物医学文献数据库(China Biomedical Literature Database,CBM)收录的四磨
汤相关文献,检索时限为1995年1月1日至2025年10月10日。采用NoteExpress软件对检索结果进行去重,
通过CiteSpace 软件对纳入文献进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入文献1 502 篇,年发文量呈先波动式上升后
平稳趋势;载文量最高的期刊为《实用中医药杂志》,发文量最多的作者为蔺晓源,发文量最高的机构为湖南
中医药大学;高频关键词包括“四磨汤”“婴幼儿”“便秘”等,文献类型以临床应用为主,共识别出20 个突现词。
结论:国内期刊四磨汤研究已形成一定规模,热点主要集中于临床治疗与作用机制探索。未来应进一步加强
其作用机制研究,拓展临床适应证与疗效评价,并完善特殊人群用药安全性研究及质量评价体系。 |

| A visual analysis of research literature on Simo decoction in domestic journals based on CiteSpace |

| Objective: To systematically analyze the current research status, academic hotspots, and future development
trends of Simo decoction in domestic journals. Methods: CNKI, WANFANG DATA, VIP, and CBM were searched
for the articles on Simo decoction published from January 1, 1995, to October 10, 2025. NoteExpress software was used to
remove duplicates, and CiteSpace software was used to perform a visual analysis of the articles included for analysis. Results:
A total of 1 502 articles were included, and annual publication volume firstly showed a trend of fluctuating increase and then remained stable. Journal of Practical Traditional Chinese Medicine was the journal with the highest number of
publications, Lin Xiaoyuan was the author with the highest publication volume, and Hunan University of Chinese Medicine
was the institution with the highest publication volume. High-frequency keywords included “Simo decoction”, “infants
and young children”, and “constipation”, and clinical application was the main type of articles. A total of 20 burst terms
were identified. Conclusion: The research on Simo decoction in domestic journals has reached a certain scale, with the main
research hotspots of clinical treatment and mechanism of action. Future research should further explore its mechanism of
action, expand clinical indications and efficacy evaluation, and improve the studies on medication safety and quality evaluation
system for special populations. |
