| 目的:采用CiteSpace 分析国内肾性骨病领域的研究现状、热点及发展趋势。方法:检索中国知
网(China National Knowledge Infrastructure,CNKI)与万方数据(WANFANG DATA)收录的2000 年1 月1 日至
2025 年12 月31 日肾性骨病相关文献,对纳入文献进行数据清洗后,运用 CiteSpace 软件对发文量、作者、机构
及关键词进行共现与可视化分析。结果:共纳入有效文献1 051 篇,年发文量总体呈波动上升趋势,2015 年达
到峰值。发文量居前三的作者依次为路建饶、左力和孟彦。研究机构在空间分布上呈现出明显的聚集特征,
主要分布在北京及上海地区。关键词分析显示,研究热点主要聚焦于血液透析、血液灌流及骨密度等方向,“肾
主骨”成为近年来的突现词。结论:国内肾性骨病研究以临床治疗与骨代谢相关机制为重点,中医学理论在该
领域的关注度逐渐提升,但尚未形成稳定的核心作者群体,机构间合作有待加强。未来应深化多中心协作与
交叉研究,以推动该领域持续发展。 |

| Research hotspots and development trends of renal osteodystrophy in China:A visual analysis based on CiteSpace |

| Objective: To investigate the current research status, research hotspots, and development trends in the
field of renal osteodystrophy in China through a visual analysis. Methods: CNKI and WANFANG DATA were searched for
the articles on renal osteodystrophy published from January 1, 2000, to December 31, 2025. After data cleaning for the
articles included in analysis, CiteSpace software was used to perform co-occurrence and visual analyses on the number
of publications, authors, institutions, and keywords. Results: A total of 1051 valid articles were included. The number of publications showed a trend of fluctuating increase over the past two decades, reaching a peak in 2015. The leading authors
in terms of publication volume were Lu Jianrao, Zuo Li, and Meng Yan. Research institutions exhibited pronounced spatial
clustering, mainly located in Beijing and Shanghai. The keyword analysis showed that research hotspots mainly focused on
hemodialysis, hemoperfusion, and bone mineral density, with “kidney governing bones” as a burst term in recent years.
Conclusion: Domestic research on renal osteodystrophy mainly focuses on clinical treatment and mechanisms related to bone
metabolism, and traditional Chinese medicine theories are attracting increasing attention in this field. However, a stable
group of core authors has not yet formed, and inter-institutional cooperation needs to be strengthened. Multi-center collaboration
and interdisciplinary research should be enhanced in the future to promote the sustained development of this field. |
