| 系统梳理晕动病的病因病机及体质分布特征,提出湿热质、气虚质、阳虚质为该病易感体质,且
分布受性别、地域及职业环境等因素调控;总结中药复方与针刺疗法在调理晕动病患者偏颇体质、增强机体环
境调节能力方面的研究进展,临床与动物模型研究均证实,中药复方、针刺疗法对不同体质晕动病患者具有显
著的症状改善及体质调节作用,其机制可能与调节肠道菌群、改善脾胃功能相关。研究发现中医体质学说通
过辨识湿热等易感体质,指导药针防治晕动病,为该病防治开辟了新途径,未来应聚焦兼夹体质的动态演变及
多组学机制研究,以实现精准化的个体干预与临床转化。 |

| Research advances in motion sickness based on the body constitution theory |

| Abstract: |
| This article systematically reviews the etiology, pathogenesis, and body constitution distribution of motion
sickness and proposes that the damp-heat, Qi-deficiency, and Yang-deficiency constitutions are the susceptible constitutions
for this disease, and the distribution of body constitutions is regulated by the factors such as sex, geography, and
occupational environment. Meanwhile, this article reviews the research advances in compound traditional Chinese medicine
(TCM) prescriptions and acupuncture therapy in regulating biased constitutions and enhancing the ability of the body
to regulate its internal environment. In summary, this study shows that by identifying susceptible constitutions such as the
damp-heat constitution, the TCM constitution theory guides the prevention and treatment of motion sickness through herbal
and acupuncture interventions, which provides a new pathway for disease prevention and control. Future research should
focus on the dynamic evolution of composite constitutions and multi-omics mechanisms, in order to achieve precise individualized
intervention and clinical translation. |
