| 目的：观察中药溻渍疗法联合术后常规疗法对胫骨平台骨折患者术后肢体肿胀、疼痛程度及脂肪液化发生风险的影响。方法：选取90例胫骨平台骨折术后患者，将其随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组各45例。对照组采用西医常规疗法，治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药溻渍疗法，比较2组患者肿胀值、疼痛视觉模拟评分法（Visual Analogue Scale，VAS）评分、术后恢复情况（换药次数、切口愈合时间、治疗时间及住院时间）和关节评分，并评价临床治疗。结果：总有效率治疗组为93.33%（42/45），对照组为75.56%（34/45），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组肿胀值、疼痛VAS评分、关节评分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗组在换药次数、切口愈合时间、治疗时间及住院时间方面均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：中药溻渍联合常规疗法能更有效地减轻术后肿胀与疼痛，降低脂肪液化发生率，促进患肢功能恢复。 |

| Effect of traditional Chinese medicine wet compress therapy combined with routine postoperative therapy on postoperative swelling, pain, and risk of fat liquefaction in tibial plateau fracture |

| Objective: To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） wet compress therapy combined with routine postoperative therapy on postoperative swelling, pain, and risk of fat liquefaction in patients with tibial plateau fracture. Methods: A total of 90 patients who underwent surgery for tibial plateau fracture were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 45 patients in each group. The patients in the control group received conventional Western medicine treatment, and those in the treatment group received TCM wet compress therapy in addition to the treatment in the control group. The two groups were compared in terms of degree of swelling, Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） score, postoperative recovery （number of dressing changes, incision healing time, duration of treatment, and length of hospital stay）, and joint score, and the efficacy of clinical treatment was assessed. Results: There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group ［93.33% （42/45） vs 75.56% （34/45）, P < 0.05］. After treatment, both groups had significant changes in the degree of swelling, VAS pain score, and joint score, and there were significant differences in these indicators between the two groups after treatment （P < 0.05）. Compared with the control group, the treatment group had a significantly lower number of dressing changes and significantly shorter incision healing time, duration of treatment, and length of hospital stay （P < 0.05）. Conclusion: TCM wet compress therapy combined with conventional treatment can effectively alleviate postoperative swelling and pain, reduce the incidence rate of fat liquefaction, and promote the functional recovery of the affected limb. |
