| 目的：观察自拟清热通便饮结合择时循经拍打疗法干预湿热下注型混合痔患者术后便秘的效果。方法：选取湿热下注型混合痔诊断标准且术后出现便秘的患者70例，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各35例。对照组接受常规术后处理，观察组在对照组基础上加用自拟清热通便饮口服并结合择时循经拍打，2组均连续干预7 d。观察2组患者的首次排气、排便和住院时间，排便通畅程度、排便耗时、粪便性状、排便困难，便时疼痛程度，并评价临床疗效。结果：总有效率观察组为97.1%（34/35），对照组为74.3%（26/35），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组排气、排便和住院时间，排便通畅程度、排便耗时、粪便性状、排便困难，便时疼痛程度治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：自拟清热通便饮联合择时循经拍打疗法可有效防治湿热下型混合术后便秘，改善患者排便状况，且操作便捷，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Clinical effect of self-made Qingre Tongbian decoction combined with meridian tapping at specific time points in treatment of constipation after surgery for mixed hemorrhoids with damp-heat pouring downward: An analysis of 35 cases |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of self-made Qingre Tongbian decoction combined with meridian tapping at specific time points in the treatment of constipation after surgery for mixed hemorrhoids with damp-heat pouring downward. Methods: A total of 70 patients with constipation after surgery for mixed hemorrhoids with damp-heat pouring downward were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 35 patients in each group. The patients in the control group received conventional treatment after surgery, and those in the observation group received oral administration of self-made Qingre Tongbian decoction combined with meridian tapping at specific time points in addition to the treatment in the control group. Both groups were treated for 7 consecutive days. The two groups were observed in terms of time to first flatus, time to first defecation, and length of hospital stay, as well as the degree of defecation smoothness, defecation duration, stool form, difficult defecation, and the degree of pain during defecation, and clinical outcome was assessed. Results: There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the observation group and the control group ［97.1%（34/35）vs 74.3%（26/35）, P < 0.05］. There were significant differences in time to first flatus, time to first defecation, and length of hospital stay between the two groups, and after treatment, both groups had significant changes in the degree of defecation smoothness, defecation duration, stool form, difficult defecation, and the degree of pain during defecation, with significant differences in these indicators between the two groups after treatment （P < 0.05）. Conclusion: Self-made Qingre Tongbian decoction combined with meridian tapping at specific time points can effectively improve the symptoms of constipation after surgery for mixed hemorrhoids with damp-heat pouring downward, with simple and convenient procedures, and therefore, it holds promise for clinical application. |
