| 介绍国医大师徐景藩教授（以下尊称“徐老”）从湿论治胃病的学术思想及临证经验。徐老提出
胃病夹湿源于胃气不和、津失布散，胃阳不足、温化无权及胃阴亏虚、津伤液滞，致体用失常、湿浊内生，治疗以
温化、清化、淡渗为核心，辛、甘、苦药并用，坚持以理气贯穿始终，并辅以风药胜湿；临证善用藿香、石菖蒲、草
果、薏苡仁等化湿和胃，据证配伍，兼顾养阴与燥湿、清热与化湿，防其偏颇。本文结合寒湿、湿热、阴虚夹湿的
典型病案，总结徐老从湿论治胃病的病因病机、治则治法与用药经验，系统梳理其辨证思路与配伍规律，为临
床诊治胃病夹湿提供借鉴与思路。 |

| A summary of academic thinking and clinical experience of National Chinese Medicine Master XuJingfan in treatment of gastric diseases from the perspective of dampness |

| This article introduces the academic thinking and clinical experience of National Chinese Medicine
Master Professor Xu Jingfan （hereinafter respectfully referred to as “Master Xu”）, in the treatment of gastric
diseases from the perspective of dampness. Master Xu proposed that gastric diseases complicated by dampness originate
from disorder of stomach Qi, failure of fluid distribution, insufficiency of stomach Yang, loss of warming and
transforming function, stomach-Yin deficiency, and fluid impairment and stagnation, leading to impairment of body
function and internal generation of damp turbidity. Core treatment principles included warming and resolving, clearing
and resolving, and bland permeation, with a combination of traditional Chinese medicine drugs with pungent, sweet,
and bitter tastes. Master Xu insisted on regulating Qi throughout the entire process and applied wind drugs to overcome
dampness. In clinical practice, Master Xu used Agastache rugosa , Acorus tatarinowii , Amomum tsaoko , and coix seed
to resolve dampness and harmonize the stomach, and he combined different drugs according to the specific syndrome
and gave consideration to the balance between yin-nourishing and dampness-drying and between clearing heat and
resolving dampness, so as to prevent any partiality. With reference to the typical cases of cold-dampness, damp-heat,
and Yin deficiency with dampness, this article summarizes the etiology, pathogenesis, treatment principles, treatment
methods, and medication experience of Master Xu in the treatment of gastric diseases from the perspective of dampness,
as well as his thinking in syndrome differentiation and drug combination, in order to provide a reference and
insights for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of gastric diseases complicated by dampness. |
