| 目的：观察肉毒素注射联合耳穴压豆治疗面肌痉挛（hemifacial spasm，HFS）的临床疗效。方法：选取HFS患者90例，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各45例。对照组采用肉毒素注射治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上联合耳穴压豆疗法，比较2组治疗前后面部痉挛强度和频率分级、面部残疾指数（facial disability index，FDI）积分，记录不良反应发生情况，并评价临床疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为95.56%（43/45），对照组为75.56%（34/45），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。2组患者痉挛强度、频率分级，和FDI积分中躯体功能维度积分、社会心理功能维度积分治疗前后组内比较和治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05或P<0.01）。总不良反应发生率治疗组为28.89%（13/45），显著低于对照组的44.44%（20/45），且注射相关局部反应的发生率均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：肉毒素注射联合耳穴压豆治疗HFS，能够显著提高临床疗效，更好地改善患者临床症状和生活质量，提高社交活动能力，且安全性较高，值得临床推广。 |

| Clinical effect of botulinum toxin injection combined with ear acupoint bean pressing in treatment of hemifacial spasm: An analysis of 45 cases |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of botulinum toxin injection combined with ear acupoint bean pressing in the treatment of hemifacial spasm （HFS）. Methods: A total of 90 patients with HFS were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 45 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given botulinum toxin injection，while those in the treatment group were given ear acupoint bean pressing in addition to the treatment in the control group. The two groups were compared in terms of the intensity and frequency grades of facial spasm and Facial Disability Index （FDI） score before and after treatment. Adverse reactions were recorded，and clinical outcome was assessed. Results: There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group ［95.56% （43/45） vs 75.56% （34/45），P < 0.01］. After treatment，both groups had significant changes in the intensity and frequency grades of facial spasm and the scores of physical function and psychosocial function in FDI，and there were significant differences in these indicators between the two groups after treatment （P < 0.05 or P < 0.01）. Compared with the control group，the treatment group had a significantly lower incidence rate of adverse reactions ［28.89% （13/45） vs 44.44% （20/45）］，as well as a significantly lower incidence rate of injection-related local reaction （P < 0.05）. Conclusion: In the treatment of HFS，botulinum toxin injection combined with ear acupoint bean pressing can significantly improve clinical outcome，clinical symptoms，quality of life，and social activities，with a favorable safety profile，and therefore，it holds promise for clinical application. |
