| 目的：观察温阳益气强心方联合西医常规疗法治疗阳虚水泛型急性心力衰竭（heart failure，HF）的临床疗效。方法：将80例阳虚水泛型急性HF患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各40例。对照组给予西医常规治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上联合温阳益气强心方治疗，2组疗程均为2周。观察2组治疗前后中医证候积分、Lee氏心衰计分、脑钠肽（B-type natriuretic peptide，BNP）、左室射血分数（left ventricular ejection fractions，LVEF）、心排出量（cardiac output ，CO）的变化和安全性指标，并评价临床疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为 92.50 %（37/40），对照组为 77.50%（31/40），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2 组中医证候积分、Lee氏心衰计分、BNP、LVEF、CO治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组患者安全性指标比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：温阳益气强心方联合西医常规疗法治疗阳虚水泛型急性HF患者，能更显著地提升患者的临床疗效，有效改善患者症状、心功能和生活质量，延缓病情进展，且安全性好，值得临床推广。 |

| Clinical effect of Wenyang Yiqi Qiangxin prescription combined with conventional Western medicine treatment in treatment of acute heart failure with water overflowing due to Yang deficiency: An analysis of 40 cases |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Wenyang Yiqi Qiangxin prescription combined with conventional Western medicine treatment in the treatment of acute heart failure with water overflowing due to Yang deficiency. Methods: A total of 80 patients with acute heart failure with water overflowing due to Yang deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 40 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment，while those in the treatment group were given Wenyang Yiqi Qiangxin prescription in addition to the treatment in the control group，and the course of treatment was 2 weeks for both groups. The two groups were observed in terms of the changes in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome score，Lee's heart failure score，B-type natriuretic peptide （BNP），left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF），cardiac output （CO），and safety indicators after treatment，and clinical outcome was assessed. Results: There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group ［92.50% （37/40） vs 77.50% （31/40），P < 0.05］. After treatment，both groups had significant changes in TCM syndrome score，Lee's heart failure score，BNP，LVEF，and CO，and there were significant differences in these indicators between the two groups after treatment （P < 0.05）. There were no significant differences in safety indicators between the two groups （P > 0.05）. Conclusion: In the treatment of acute heart failure with water overflowing due to Yang deficiency，Wenyang Yiqi Qiangxin prescription combined with conventional Western medicine treatment can effectively improve symptoms，cardiac function，and quality of life，delay disease progression，and enhance clinical outcome，with a favorable safety profile. |
