| 目的：观察基于“脾脑同治”理论应用针刺联合自拟定痫宁治疗癫痫风痰闭窍证的临床疗效。方法：选取癫痫风痰闭窍证患者70例，将其随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组各35例。对照组采用规范抗癫痫药物治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用针刺联合自拟定痫宁治疗，2组疗程均为90 d，观察2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、癫痫发作频次、血清炎症因子、脑电图改善情况、血常规、肝肾功能和不良反应发生情况，并评价临床疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为94.29%（33/35），对照组为85.71%（30/35），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；脑电图改善情况治疗组为97.14%（34/35），对照组为82.86%（29/35），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；２组患者中医证候积分、癫痫发作频次、血清炎症因子治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；2组患者血常规、肝肾功能及不良反应发生情况比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：基于“脾脑同治”理论应用针刺联合自拟定痫宁可改善癫痫风痰闭窍证患者的临床症状，降低血清炎症因子，改善脑电图，提高患者生活质量，且安全有效，无明显不良反应。 |

| Clinical effect of acupuncture combined with self-made Dingxianning in treatment of epilepsy with syndrome of wind-phlegm blocking orifices based on the theory of “simultaneous treatment of spleen and brain”: An analysis of 35 cases |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with self-made Dingxianning in the treatment of epilepsy with syndrome of wind-phlegm blocking orifices based on the theory of “simultaneous treatment of spleen and brain”. Methods: A total of 70 patients with epilepsy with syndrome of wind-phlegm blocking orifices were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 35 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given standardized antiepileptic medication，while those in the treatment group were given acupuncture combined with self-made Dingxianning in addition to the treatment in the control group，and the course of treatment was 90 days for both groups. The two groups were compared in terms of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome score，seizure frequency，the serum levels of inflammatory factors，electroencephalography improvement，routine blood test results，liver and renal function，and adverse reactions before and after treatment，and clinical outcome was assessed. Results: There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group ［94.29% （33/35） vs 85.71% （30/35），P < 0.05］，and there was also a significant difference in electroencephalography improvement between the two groups ［97.14%（34/35） vs 82.86%（29/35），P < 0.05］. Both groups had significant changes in TCM syndrome score，seizure frequency，and the serum levels of inflammatory factors after treatment，and there were significant differences in these indicators between the two groups after treatment （P < 0.05）. There were no significant differences in routine blood test results，liver and renal function，and adverse reactions between the two groups（P > 0.05）. Conclusion: Based on the theory of “simultaneous treatment of spleen and brain”，acupuncture combined with self-made Dingxianning can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with epilepsy with syndrome of wind-phlegm blocking orifices，reduce the serum levels of inflammatory factors，improve electroencephalography findings，and enhance quality of life，and it is safe and effective without obvious adverse reactions. |
