| 目的：探讨土家医酒火疗法对膝关节骨性关节炎（knee osteoarthritis，KOA）的临床疗效。方法：将86例KOA患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各43例。治疗组采用土家医酒火治疗，对照组采用针刺治疗，比较2组患者治疗前、治疗1周后、治疗2周后膝关节活动度、疼痛视觉模拟评分法（Visual Analogue Scale，VAS）评分及膝关节肿胀程度评分，并评价临床疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为90.70%（39/43），对照组为86.04%（37/43），2组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；2组膝关节活动度治疗前后组内比较及治疗1周后、治疗2周后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；2组疼痛VAS评分、膝关节肿胀程度评分治疗前后组内比较及治疗1周后组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：土家医酒火疗法能改善患者膝关节活动度、减轻疼痛、缓解肿胀，且与单用针刺治疗比较，其起效时间更快，值得临床推广和应用。 |

| Clinical effect of fire therapy with Tujia medicated liquor in treatment of knee osteoarthritis：An analysis of 43 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of fire therapy with Tujia medicated liquor in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis (KOA).Methods：A total of 86 patients with KOA were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 43 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given fire therapy with Tujia medicated liquor，while those in the control group were given acupuncture.The two groups were compared in terms of range of knee motion，Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score，and knee joint swelling score before treatment and after 1 and 2 weeks of treatment，and clinical outcome was assessed for both groups.Results：There was no significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group ［90.70% (39/43) vs 86.04% (37/43)，P > 0.05］.Both groups had a significant change in range of knee motion after 1 and 2 weeks of treatment，with a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05).Both groups had significant changes in VAS pain score and knee joint swelling score after treatment，with significant differences between the two groups after 1 week of treatment (P < 0.05).Conclusion：Fire therapy with Tujia medicated liquor can improve range of knee motion and alleviate pain and swelling，with a shorter onset time than acupuncture alone，and therefore，it holds promise for clinical application. |
