| 目的：观察颊针联合触发点干针治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效。方法：将70例肱骨外上髁炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各35例。治疗组采用颊针联合触发点干针治疗，对照组单用触发点干针治疗，2组均每周治疗1次，连续治疗3周，比较2组治疗1周后、治疗3周后的疼痛视觉模拟评分法（Visual Analogue Scale，VAS）评分、无痛握力指数、Mayo肘关节功能评分(Mayo Elbow Performance Score，MEPS)，并评价临床疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为88.57%（31/35），对照组为68.57%（24/35），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。2组患者VAS评分、无痛握力指数、MEPS评分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后同时间节点组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）。结论：颊针联合触发点干针疗法能有效缓解肱骨外上髁炎症状，降低患者疼痛感，提高肘关节功能及无痛握力指数，值得推广应用。 |

| Clinical effect of buccal acupuncture combined with dry needling at trigger points in treatment of external humeral epicondylitis：An analysis of 35 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of buccal acupuncture combined with dry needling at trigger points in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis.Methods：A total of 70 patients with external humeral epicondylitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 35 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given buccal acupuncture combined with dry needling at trigger points，while those in the control group were given dry needling at trigger points alone，once a week for 3 consecutive weeks.The two groups were compared in terms of Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score，pain-free grip strength，and Mayo Elbow Performance Score (MEPS) after 1 week and 3 weeks of treatment，and clinical outcome was assessed for both groups.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group ［88.57% (31/35) vs 68.57% (24/35)，P < 0.05］.After treatment，both groups had significant changes in VAS score，pain-free grip strength，and MEPS score，and there were significant differences in these indicators between the two groups at each time point after treatment (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).Conclusion：Buccal acupuncture combined with dry needling at trigger points can effectively alleviate the symptoms of external humeral epicondylitis，reduce pain，and improve elbow joint function and pain-free grip strength，and therefore，it holds promise for clinical application. |
