| 目的：观察穴位电针联合银翘红酱合剂治疗湿热瘀结型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症(sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases，SPID)患者的临床疗效。方法：将80例湿热瘀结型SPID患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各40例。对照组予以常规治疗联合银翘红酱合剂，治疗组在对照组基础上予以穴位电针治疗，2组治疗及随访时间均为3个月经周期，比较2组症状评分、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor -α，TNF-α)、转化生长因子-β1(transforming growth factor -β1，TGF-β1)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(monocyte chemoattractant protein 1，MCP-1)水平，并观察不良反应及复发情况，评价临床疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为92.50%（37/40），高于对照组的75.00（30/40），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；2组症状评分和TNF-α、TGF-β1、MCP-1水平均较治疗前降低，且治疗组均低于对照组(P＜0.05)；不良反应总发生率治疗组为10.00%（4/40），对照组为7.50%（3/40），2组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；复发率治疗组为5.00%（2/40），对照组为20.00%（8/40），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：穴位电针联合银翘红酱合剂能够提高治疗SPID的临床疗效，有效改善症状，下调TNF-α、TGF-β1、MCP-1水平，降低疾病复发风险，值得临床推广。 |

| Clinical effect of acupoint electroacupuncture combined with Yinqiao Hongjiang mixture in treatment of sequela of pelvic inflammatory diseases with damp-heat and blood stasis：An analysis of 40 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of acupoint electroacupuncture combined with Yinqiao Hongjiang mixture in the treatment of sequela of pelvic inflammatory diseases (SPID) with damp-heat and blood stasis.Methods：A total of 80 SPID patients with damp-heat and blood stasis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 40 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment combined with oral administration of the traditional Chinese medicine Yinqiao Hongjiang mixture，while those in the treatment group were given acupoint electroacupuncture in addition to the treatment in the control group；both groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles and were followed up for another 3 menstrual cycles.The two groups were compared in terms of symptom score and the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)，transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1)，and monocyte chemoattractant protein 1 (MCP-1)，as well as adverse reactions，recurrence，and clinical outcome.Results：The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group ［92.50% (37/40) vs 75.00 (30/40)，P < 0.05］.Both groups had significant reductions in symptom score and the levels of TNF-α，TGF-β1，and MCP-1 after treatment，and the treatment group had significantly lower values than the control group (all P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the treatment group and the control group ［10.00% (4/40) vs 7.50% (3/40)，P > 0.05］.There was a significant difference in recurrence rate between the treatment group and the control group (5.00%(2/40) vs 20.00%(8/40)，P < 0.05).Conclusion：In the treatment of SPID patients，acupoint electroacupuncture combined with Yinqiao Hongjiang mixture can enhance treatment outcome，improve symptoms，downregulate the expression of TNF-α，TGF-β1，and MCP-1，and reduce the risk of recurrence，and therefore，it holds promise for clinical application. |
