| 目的：探讨半夏泻心汤加减联合枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫（diabetic gastroparesis，DGP）的临床疗效及其对患者血糖、血脂、骨代谢的影响。方法：将60例DGP患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各30例。对照组给予枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用半夏泻心汤加减治疗，2组均连续治疗8周，比较2组治疗前后胃排空率、中医症状评分及血糖、血脂、骨代谢指标，记录不良反应发生情况并评价临床疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为93.33%（28/30），高于对照组的76.67%（23/30），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；2组胃排空率、中医症状评分、血糖指标、血脂指标、骨代谢指标治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；不良反应发生率治疗组为13.33%（4/30），对照组为6.67%（2/30），2组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：半夏泻心汤加减联合枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗DGP可显著提高临床疗效，改善胃排空率和中医症状，同时优化血糖、血脂及骨代谢状态，安全性良好。 |

| Clinical effect of modified Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with mosapride citrate tablets in treatment of diabetic gastroparesis：An analysis of 30 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of modified Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with mosapride citrate tablets in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis (DGP)，as well as its impact on blood glucose，blood lipid and bone metabolism.Methods：A total of 60 patients with DGP were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given mosapride citrate tablets，while those in the treatment group were given modified Banxia Xiexin decoction in addition to the treatment in the control group，and the course of treatment was 8 consecutive weeks for both groups.The two groups were compared in terms of gastric emptying rate，traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) symptom score，blood glucose，blood lipids，and bone metabolism markers before and after treatment；adverse reactions were recorded，and clinical outcome was assessed.Results：The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group ［93.33% (28/30) vs 76.67% (23/30)，P < 0.05］.After treatment，both groups had significant changes in gastric emptying rate，TCM symptom score，blood glucose parameters，blood lipid parameters，and bone metabolism markers，and there were significant differences in these indicators between the two groups after treatment (P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the treatment group and the control group ［13.33%(4/30) vs 6.67%(2/30)，P > 0.05］.Conclusion：In the treatment of DGP，modified Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with mosapride citrate tablets can significantly improve clinical outcome，gastric emptying function，and TCM symptoms and optimize blood glucose，blood lipid metabolism，and bone metabolism，with a good safety profile. |
