| 目的：观察白及粉灌肠联合美沙拉嗪口服治疗大肠湿热型溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法：将132例轻中度溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，其中治疗组67 例，对照组65 例。对照组单用口服美沙拉嗪缓释颗粒治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用白及粉灌肠治疗，2组均连续治疗4周，比较2组症状评分、炎症指标，并评价临床疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为94.03（63/67），对照组为84.62（55/65），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。2组症状评分、炎症指标治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：白及粉灌肠联合美沙拉嗪口服治疗大肠湿热型溃疡性结肠炎能改善临床症状，降低炎症指标水平，促进黏膜愈合，较单用美沙拉嗪口服疗效更佳，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Clinical effect of enema with Bletilla striata powder combined with mesalazine in treatment of ulcerative colitis with large intestine damp-heat type：An analysis of 67 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of enema with Bletilla striata powder combined with mesalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis with large intestine damp-heat type.Methods：A total of 132 patients with mild or moderate ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into treatment group with 67 patients and control group with 65 patients.The patients in the control group were given oral administration of mesalazine sustained-release granules alone，while those in the treatment group were given enema with Bletilla striata powder in addition to the treatment in the control group；both groups were treated for 4 consecutive weeks.The two groups were compared in terms of symptom score and inflammation parameters，and clinical outcome was assessed for both groups.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group ［94.03 (63/67) vs 84.62 (55/65)，P < 0.05］.After treatment，both groups had significant changes in symptom score and inflammation parameters，and there were significant differences in these indicators between the two groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion：In the treatment of ulcerative colitis with large intestine damp-heat type，enema with Bletilla striata powder combined with mesalazine can improve clinical symptoms，reduce the levels of inflammation parameters，and promote mucosa healing，with a better clinical effect than mesalazine used alone.Therefore，it holds promise for clinical application. |
