| 目的：探讨岐黄针对脑梗死恢复期肌张力增高患者功能恢复及其对C反应蛋白（C-reactive protein，CRP）、血沉（erythrocyte sedimentation rate，ESR）的影响。方法：选取脑梗死恢复期肌张力增高患者60例，将其随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组各30例。2组均予以常规药物治疗及康复治疗，对照组在此基础上予以传统针刺法，治疗组在此基础上使用岐黄针治疗，2组均连续治疗30 d，比较2组改良Ashworth痉挛量表（modified Ashworth Scale，MAS）评分、简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表（Fugl-Meyer Assessment，FMA）评分、脑卒中特异性生存质量量表（Stroke-Specific Quality of Life Scale，SSQOL）评分及CRP、ESR水平，并记录不良事件的发生情况。结果：治疗后，2组患者的上肢和下肢MAS评级分布结果比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;治疗组患者的简化FMA、SSQOL评分明显高于对照组（P＜0.01），CRP、ESR水平明显低于对照组（P＜0.01）;2组均未发生严重不良事件。结论：岐黄针能够改善患者的步态和肢体协调性，增强患者的运动能力，提高其日常生活能力，其机制可能与抑制神经炎症有关。 |

| Clinical effect of Qihuang acupuncture in treatment of hypertonia in the convalescence stage of cerebral infarction：An analysis of 30 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the effect of Qihuang acupuncture on functional recovery，C-reactive protein (CRP)，and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) in patients with hypertonia in the convalescence stage of cerebral infarction.Methods：A total of 60 patients with hypertonia in the convalescence stage of cerebral infarction were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 30 patients in each group.In addition to medication and rehabilitation treatment，the patients in the control group were given conventional acupuncture，while those in the treatment group were given Qihuang acupuncture;the course of treatment was 30 days for both groups.The two groups were compared in terms of modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) score，simplified Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) score，Stroke-Specific Quality of Life Scale (SSQOL) score，CRP，ESR，and adverse events were also recorded.Results：After treatment，there was a significant difference between the two groups in the distribution of MAS grades of the upper and lower extremities (P < 0.05).Compared with the control group，the treatment group had significantly higher simplified FMA and SSQOL scores (P < 0.01) and significantly lower levels of CRP and ESR (P < 0.01).No serious adverse event was observed in either group.Conclusion：Qihuang acupuncture can improve gait and limb coordination of patients，enhance their motor ability，and improve the activities of daily living，possibly by inhibiting neuroinflammation. |
