| 目的：观察疏调气机化裁汤对气虚痰瘀型缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者中医证候及运动功能的临床疗效。方法：选取54例气虚痰瘀型缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各27例。对照组予以常规治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用疏调气机化裁汤治疗，观察2组中医证候积分、Fugl-Meyer量表（Fugl-Meyer Assessment，FMA）评分、改良Barthel指数量表（modified Barthel Index，MBI）评分。结果：2组中医证候积分、FMA评分、MBI评分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：疏调气机化裁汤能调和气虚痰瘀型缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者的气血阴阳和肝、脾、肾三脏的功能，改善患者偏瘫肢体的运动功能，提高患者日常生活活动的能力。 |

| Clinical effect of Shutiao Qiji Huacai decoction in treatment of ischemic stroke with Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis in the convalescence stage:An analysis of 27 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Shutiao Qiji Huacai decoction on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome and motor function in patients in the convalescence stage of ischemic stroke with Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis.Methods：A total of 54 patients in the convalescence stage of ischemic stroke with Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 27 patients in each group.The patients in the control group received conventional treatment，and those in the treatment group received Shutiao Qiji Huacai decoction in addition to the treatment in the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of TCM syndrome score，Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) score，and modified Barthel Index (MBI).Results：Both groups had significant changes in TCM syndrome score，FMA score，and MBI score after treatment，and there were significant differences in these scores between the two groups after treatment (P < 0.05).Conclusion：Shutiao Qiji Huacai decoction can regulate Qi，blood，Yin，Yang，and the functions of the liver，the spleen，and the kidneys in patients in the convalescence stage of ischemic stroke with Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis，and it can also improve the motor function of hemiplegic extremities and the activities of daily living. |
