| 目的：观察麻杏石甘汤合白虎汤加减联合“罐-针-浴”治疗肺热壅盛型银屑病的临床疗效。方法：将80 例肺热壅盛型银屑病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各40 例。研究期间，治疗组脱落3 例，对照组脱落4 例，最终纳入统计病例73 例，其中治疗组37 例，对照组36 例。2组均予以拔罐、针刺及中药药浴治疗;治疗组从肺论治，服用麻杏石甘汤合白虎汤加减;对照组从血论治，服用犀角地黄汤合凉血活血汤加减;2组疗程均为8周。观察2组治疗前后银屑病面积和严重程度指数(Psoriasis Area And Severity Index，PASI)评分，并评价临床疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为91.89%（34/37），对照组为75.00%（27/36），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。2组PASI评分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：应用麻杏石甘汤合白虎汤联合“罐-针-浴”从肺论治肺热壅盛型银屑病，疗效显著，值得临床推广。 |

| Clinical effect of Modified Maxing Shigan decoction combined with Baihu decoction and cupping-acupuncture-bath in treatment of psoriasis with lung-heat congestion: An analysis of 37 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Modified Maxing Shigan decoction combined with Baihu decoction and cupping-acupuncture-bath in the treatment of psoriasis with lung-heat congestion.Methods: A total of 80 patients with psoriasis with lung-heat congestion were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 40 patients in each group.During the study，3 patients in the treatment group and 4 in the control group were lost to follow-up;finally 73 patients were included for analysis，with 37 patients in the treatment group and 36 in the control group.Both groups were given cupping-acupuncture-bath treatment;the patients in the treatment group received Modified maxing Shigan decoction combined with Baihu decoction based on the theory of treatment from the lungs，while those in the control group were given Modified Xijiao Dihuang decoction combined with Liangxue Huoxue decoction based on the theory of treatment from the blood;the course of treatment was 8 weeks for both groups.The two groups were observed in terms of psoriasis area and Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) score before and after treatment，and clinical outcome was assessed for both groups.Results: There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group ［91.89% (34/37) vs 75.00% (27/36)，P < 0.05］.Both groups had a significant change in PASI score after treatment，and there was a significant difference in PASI score between the two groups after treatment (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Based on the theory of treatment from the lungs，Maxing Shigan decoction combined with Baihu decoction and cupping-acupuncture-bath has a marked clinical effect in the treatment of psoriasis with lung-heat congestion and thus holds promise for clinical application. |
