| 目的：观察乌鳖还闺汤治疗脾肾亏虚型早发性卵巢功能不全的临床效果。方法：选取脾肾亏虚型早发性卵巢功能不全患者50 例，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各25 例。对照组给予戊酸雌二醇片/雌二醇环丙孕酮片复方制剂治疗，治疗组给予乌鳖还闺汤治疗，治疗3个月后，比较2组治疗前后中医证候评分、性激素指标（促卵泡生成素、促黄体生成素水平、雌二醇、抗米勒管激素）及基础窦卵泡计数的变化，并评价临床疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为84.00%（21/25），对照组为68.00%（17/25），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。2组治疗后中医证候评分及促卵泡生成素、促黄体生成素水平均较治疗前降低（P＜0.05），雌二醇、抗米勒管激素及基础窦卵泡计数水平均较治疗前升高（P＜0.05），且治疗组上述指标改善均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：乌鳖还闺汤治疗脾肾亏虚型早发性卵巢功能不全疗效确切，能改善患者临床症状及性激素水平，并提高基础窦卵泡计数，值得临床推广。 |

| Clinical effect of Wubie Huangui decoction in treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency with spleen-kidney deficiency: An analysis of 25 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Wubie Huangui decoction in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency with spleen-kidney deficiency.Methods: A total of 50 patients with premature ovarian insufficiency with spleen-kidney deficiency were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 25 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given compound estradiol valerate tablets/estradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets，and those in the treatment group were given Wubie Huangui decoction.After 3 months of treatment，the two groups were compared in terms of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome score，sex hormones (follicle-stimulating hormone，luteinizing hormone，estradiol，and anti-Mullerian hormone)，and basal antral follicle count，and clinical outcome was assessed for both groups.Results: There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group ［84.00% (21/25) vs 68.00% (17/25)，P < 0.05］.After treatment，both groups had significant reductions in TCM syndrome score and the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone (P < 0.05) and significant increases in the levels of estradiol，anti-Mullerian hormone，and basal antral follicle count (P < 0.05)，and the treatment group had significantly better improvements in these indicators compared with the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Wubie Huangui decoction has a marked clinical effect in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency with spleen-kidney deficiency and can improve clinical symptoms，sex hormones，and basal antral follicle count，and therefore，it holds promise for clinical application. |
