| 文章基于对李聪甫先生成长背景的考察，归纳出核心的人文精神：一是崇儒重道、立德修身，践行儒家仁爱思想，拒收病患酬谢，强调“行医即做人”的奉献观；二是以人为本、济世寿民，以《医宗必读》为镜，急患者所急，建立以患者为中心的治疗理念；三是多元并举、海纳百川，融合唯物辩证法与各家学说，创立“脾胃整体观”治疗体系；四是诲人不倦、开拓创新，培养400余名中医骨干，编著的《脾胃论注释》等学术著作获国家级奖项。其精神在当代具有三重价值：为后世从医治学树立了良好典范；为医学人文精神提供了思想动力；为医患关系构建提供了有效路径。李聪甫先生的人文精神既承载了中医药文化精髓，又契合健康中国建设需求，对弘扬医学人文关怀、推动中医药传承创新具有重要启示。 |

| Based on an examination of Mr.Li Congfu’s background，the study identifies four core aspects of his humanistic ethos:Revering Confucianism and Cultivating Virtue: He embodied Confucian benevolence，refusing patient gratuities and upholding the belief that “healing is an act of moral integrity.Prioritizing Patients and Serving Society:Inspired by?”The Required Readings for Medical Practitioners?“he established a patient-centered approach，addressing urgent needs with compassion.Inclusiveness and Innovation: Integrating materialist dialectics with diverse medical theories，he founded the?“Holistic Spleen-Stomach Theory”?treatment system.Mentorship and Scholarly Contribution: He trained over 400 TCM professionals and authored award-winning works such as?“Annotations on the Treatise on the Spleen and Stomach.”His legacy holds three key contemporary values:Providing an exemplary model for future medical practitioners.Offering intellectual inspiration for medical humanistic spirit.Proposing effective pathways for improving doctor-patient relationships.Mr.Li Congfu’s humanistic spirit not only embodies the essence of traditional Chinese medicine but also aligns with the goals of the?Healthy China?initiative，offering valuable insights for advancing medical humanistic care and promoting innovation in TCM inheritance. |
