李聪甫先生作为我国著名中医大家与中医学教育家,其七十余年的从医、治学与育人实践,形成了师徒传承砺技艺、创育人才传薪火、立论著说建标准、政策倡导谋发展的宝贵经验。民族民间医药作为中医药体系的重要组成部分,面临传承断层与人才匮乏、理论体系不健全与诊疗标准化缺失、政策保障不足等多重困境。文章以李聪甫学术实践经验为参照,对当代民族医药的发展提出针对性启示:在人才培养上,构建“双轨制”教育体系,破解人才断层危机;在理论与标准建设上,通过建立多维度活态知识库,整合散碎理论,并规范诊疗技术;在政策支持上,强化政策护航机制,优化发展生态。研究旨在为当代民族民间医药从“经验传承”向现代化转型提供方法论支撑,助力其可持续发展。 |

Abstract: |
As a renowned master of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and an educator in the field, professor Li Congfu’s over seventy years of clinical practice, scholarly research, and teaching culminated in valuable experience encompassing mentoring through apprenticeship to refine skills, fostering talent to pass on the torch, establishing theories and writings to set standards, and advocating for policy support to promote development. Ethnomedicine, as an integral part of the TCM system, faces multiple challenges including interrupted transmission and a shortage of talent, incomplete theoretical frameworks and lack of standardized diagnostics and treatments, as well as insufficient policy support. Using Li Congfu’s academic and practical experience as a reference, this article proposes targeted insights for the development of contemporary ethnomedicine: in talent cultivation, establishing a “dual-track” education system to address the crisis of talent discontinuity; in theoretical and standard construction, integrating fragmented theories and standardizing diagnostic and therapeutic techniques through the establishment of a multidimensional living knowledge repository; in policy support, strengthening policy escort mechanisms and optimizing the development ecosystem. The study aims to provide methodological support for the transition of contemporary ethnomedicine from “experiential inheritance” to modernization, facilitating its sustainable development. |
