| 目的：探究壮药“复方走马胎”外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床效果。方法：将80 例急性痛风性关节炎患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，每组各40 例。2组均予以双氯芬酸钠缓释片、碳酸氢钠片口服等基础治疗，对照组在基础治疗上应用凡士林外敷，治疗组在基础治疗上应用“复方走马胎”膏药外敷，2组均每天治疗1次，每次4～6 h，治疗7 d后观察2组临床疗效，治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分法（visual analogue scale，VAS）评分、中医证候积分、血清尿酸（uric acid，UA）、红细胞沉降率（erythrocyte sedimentation rate，ESR）、C反应蛋白（C-reactive protein,CRP）、白细胞介素-6（interleukin-6，IL-6）等指标，并观察不良反应发生情况。结果：总有效率治疗组为87.50%（35/40），对照组为72.50%（29/40），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后2组VAS评分、中医证候积分、UA、ESR、CRP、IL-6水平均较治疗前下降，且治疗组VAS评分、中医证候积分、UA、CRP、IL-6水平低于对照组（P＜0.05）。不良反应发生率治疗组为7.50%（3/40），对照组为10.00%（4/40），2组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：壮药“复方走马胎”治疗急性痛风性关节炎效果显著，其不仅能更有效地缓解患者的疼痛反应、抑制炎症反应，改善痛风症状，而且无明显不良反应。 |

| Clinical effect of external application of the Zhuang medicine “compound Giant Leaf Ardisia Rhizome” in treatment of acute gouty arthritis: An analysis of 40 cases |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of external application of the Zhuang medicine “compound Giant Leaf Ardisia Rhizome” in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Methods: A total of 80 patients with acute gouty arthritis were divided into treatment group and control group using a random number table，with 40 patients in each group.In addition to the basic treatment including oral administration of diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets and sodium bicarbonate tablets，the patients in the control group were given external application of Vaseline，while those in the treatment group were given external application of compound Giant Leaf Ardisia Rhizome ointment，for 4-6 hours each time，once a day.After 7 days of treatment，the two groups were observed in terms of clinical outcome，visual analogue scale (VAS） score，traditional Chinese medicine (TCM） syndrome score，serum uric acid (UA），erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR），C-reactive protein (CRP），and interleukin-6 (IL-6），and adverse reactions were observed.Results: There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group ［87.50% (35/40） vs 72.50% (29/40），P＜0.05］.After treatment，both groups had significant reductions in VAS score，TCM syndrome score，UA，ESR，CRP，and IL-6，and compared with the control group，the treatment group had significantly lower VAS score，TCM syndrome score，UA，CRP，and IL-6 (P＜0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the treatment group and the control group ［7.50% (3/40） vs 10.00% (4/40），P＞0.05］.Conclusion: The Zhuang medicine “compound Giant Leaf Ardisia Rhizome” has a marked clinical effect in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis and can effectively alleviate pain，inhibit inflammatory response，and improve gout symptoms，with little adverse effect. |
