| 目的：观察三妙散加味方联合本维莫德治疗寻常型银屑病（psoriasis vulgaris,PV）湿热证的临床疗效。方法：将82 例PV湿热证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各41 例。对照组予本维莫德乳膏外用，治疗组在对照组基础上加用三妙散加味方口服。比较2组治疗前后银屑病面积和严重程度指数（Psoriasis Area and Severity Index,PASI）评分、中医证候积分、瘙痒程度视觉模拟评分法（visual analogue scale,VAS）评分、生活质量评分法（Dermatology Life Quality Index,DLQI）评分及身体质量指数（body mass index,BMI）。结果：总有效率治疗组为97.56%（40/41），对照组为80.49%（33/41），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，2组PASI评分、中医证候积分、瘙痒程度VAS评分、DLQI评分、BMI指数均有改善，且治疗组改善程度明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：三妙散加味方联合外用本维莫德乳膏可以有效改善PV湿热证的临床症状，提高患者生活质量。 |

| Clinical effect of Jiawei Sanmiao powder combined with benvitimod in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with damp-heat syndrome: An analysis of 41 cases |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Jiawei Sanmiao powder combined with benvitimod in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris (PV） with damp-heat syndrome.Methods: A total of 82 PV patients with damp-heat syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 41 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given external application of benvitimod cream，and those in the treatment group were given oral administration of Jiawei Sanmiao powder in addition to the treatment in the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI） score，traditional Chinese medicine (TCM） syndrome score，visual analogue scale (VAS） score for pruritus，Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI），and body mass index (BMI） before and after treatment.Results: There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group ［97.56% (40/41） vs 80.49% (33/41），P＜0.05］.After treatment，both groups had improvements in PASI score，TCM syndrome score，VAS score for pruritus，DLQI score，and BMI，and the treatment group had significantly greater improvements than the control group (P＜0.05）.Conclusion: Jiawei Sanmiao powder combined with external application of benvitimod cream can effectively improve clinical symptoms and quality of life in PV patients with damp-heat syndrome. |
