湖南道地药材黄精及其种植土壤禁用农药残留风险评价

摘要:
目的:对湖南道地药材黄精及其种植土壤中的农药残留量进行检测分析,为湖南黄精规划化种植提供参考依据。方法:运用气相色谱质谱联用仪(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,GC-MS)和液相色谱质谱联用仪(liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry,LC-MS)分别测定黄精及其土壤中33种禁用农药残留,采用《中华人民共和国药典》(2020年版一部)对检测结果进行评价。结果:两种方法测定待测物农残在线性范围(GC-MS:2~40 ng/mL,LC-MS:5~100 ng/mL)内呈现良好的线性关系,两种方法的线性系数均大于0.99(r2,/sup>:0.990 3~0.999 9),检出限为0.000~0.015 mg/kg,定量限为0.000~0.052 mg/kg,加标回收率为84.5%~105.9%。在黄精药材和土壤中均未检出33种禁用农药。结论:检测方法均可准确有效地测定黄精及其土壤中33种农药残留量,湖南怀化鹤城区、怀化洪江市、娄底新化县3个核心产区的黄精及其种植土壤均符合《中华人民共和国药典》(2020年版一部)要求。

Abstract:
Objective:To measure the amount of pesticide residue in the genuine medicinal material Polygonatum sibiricum and its planting soil in Hunan,China,and to provide a reference for planned planting of Polygonatum sibiricum in Hunan.Methods:Gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy (GC-MS) and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) were used to measure the amount of the residue of 33 forbidden pesticides in Polygonatum sibiricum and its planting soil,and the testing results were assessed according to Pharmacopoeia of The People’s Republic of China (Volume I of the 2020 edition).Results:Both GC-MS and LC-MS showed a good linear relationship with the linear range (GC-MS:2-40 ng/mL;LC-MS:5-100 ng/mL),with a linear coefficient of>0.99 (r2 = 0.990 3-0.999 9),a limit of detection of 0.000-0.015 mg/kg,a limit of quantification of 0.000-0.052 mg/kg,and a spike recovery of 84.5%-105.9%.None of the 33 forbidden pesticides was detected in Polygonatum sibiricum and its planting soil.Conclusion:Both GC-MS and LC-MS can accurately and effectively measure the amount of the residue of 33 forbidden pesticides in Polygonatum sibiricum and its planting soil,and Polygonatum sibiricum and its planting soil from the three core producing areas of Hecheng District of Huaihua,Hongjiang City of Huaihua,and Xinhua County of Loudi meet the requirements in Pharmacopoeia of The People’s Republic of China (Volume I of the 2020 edition).
