基于响应面法优选固表御邪颗粒的提取工艺研究

摘要:
目的:优选固表御邪颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用Box-Behnken响应面法,以浸膏得率与绿原酸含量的总评归一值为评价指标,对固表御邪颗粒的提取工艺条件进行优选。结果:理论最佳提取工艺条件为加水倍数11.872倍、煎煮时间0.5 h、煎煮次数2.423次,为便于实际试验操作,将工艺条件调整为加水倍数12倍、煎煮时间0.5 h、煎煮次数2次。结论:Box-Behnken响应面法优选的提取工艺稳定、可靠,可为固表御邪颗粒的提取提供参考。

Abstract:
Objective:To determine the optimal extraction process of GubiaoYuxie granules.Methods:With the overall desirability of extract yield and chlorogenic acid content as the assessment index,the Box-Behnken response surface method was used to optimize the conditions of the extraction process of GubiaoYuxie granules.Results:The optimal theoretical conditions for extraction process was 11.872 times of water,a decoction time of 0.5 hours,and 2.423 times of decoction,and for the convenience of operation,the conditions were adjusted to 12 times of water,a decoction time of 0.5 hours,and 2 times of decoction.Conclusion:The extraction process optimized based on the Box-Behnken response surface method is stable and reliable and can provide a reference for the extraction of GubiaoYuxie granules.
