| 目的：基于数据挖掘方法探讨中医药治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫（DGP）的证治规律，为临床治疗提供借鉴。方法：检索中国知网（CNKI）2003年9月1日至2024年1月31日收录的中医药治疗DGP的相关临床文献，人工阅读文献后收集证候方药，信息经数据标准化处理后建立数据库，运用SPSS Modeler 18.0及SPSS Statistics 27.0统计软件挖掘其证治规律。结果：最终纳入研究文献87篇，包含中医证候类型23种，方剂96首，中药135味，药物累计使用999次。常见证候类型为脾虚气滞证、脾虚中阻证、脾胃虚弱证、肝脾不和证、痰湿内阻证，常用方剂类型为理气剂、补益剂、和解剂，其中，使用频率居前3位的方剂依次为香砂六君子汤、半夏泻心汤、柴胡疏肝散。使用频率较高的药物类别依次为补虚药、理气药、清热药，所用药物药性以温、平为主，药味以甘、辛为主，归经以脾、胃经为多。关联规则分析得出14组药物组合，网络可视化分析得出2对强链接，聚类分析得出3种聚类方。结论：DGP的基本病机为本虚标实、虚实夹杂，以脾虚为本，气滞、痰浊、湿阻等为标，治法以健脾益气、疏肝和胃、燥湿化痰、清热导滞为主。 |

| Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and treatment rules of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic gastroparesis：A study based on data mining |

| Objective：To investigate the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome and treatment rules of TCM treatment of diabetic gastroparesis (DGP) based on data mining，and to provide a reference for clinical treatment.Methods：CNKI was searched for related articles on TCM treatment of DGP published from September 1，2003 to January 31，2024，and syndromes and prescription drugs were collected after the articles were read.A database was established after standard processing of data，and SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 27.0 were used to investigate the TCM syndrome and treatment rules.Results：A total of 87 articles were included，involving 23 TCM syndromes，96 prescriptions，and 135 TCM drugs，with a cumulative frequency of use of 999 times.Common syndromes included spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation syndrome，spleen deficiency and obstruction syndrome，deficiency of spleen and stomach，syndrome of incoordination between the liver and the spleen，and stagnation of phlegm dampness，and the commonly used prescriptions were Qi-regulating prescriptions，tonifying prescriptions，and harmonizing prescriptions，among which the top three prescriptions in terms of frequency of use were Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction，Banxia Xiexin decoction，and Chaihu Shugan powder.Deficiency-tonifying drugs had the highest frequency of use，followed by Qi-regulating drugs and heat-clearing drugs，and most drugs had a warm or neutral nature and a sweet or pungent taste and mainly entered the spleen and stomach meridians.The association rule analysis obtained 14 drug combinations，the network visual analysis obtained 2 pairs of strong links，and the cluster analysis obtained 3 cluster prescriptions.Conclusion：The basic pathogenesis of DGP is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality and intermingled deficiency and excess，with the root cause of spleen deficiency and the manifestation of Qi stagnation，phlegm turbidity，and damp obstruction.The main methods of treatment include strengthening the spleen and tonifying Qi，soothing the liver and harmonizing the stomach，drying dampness and resolving phlegm，and clearing heat and removing stagnation. |
