| 目的：基于数据挖掘探讨岭南地区中药治疗便秘的用药规律及特点。方法：检索中国知网（CNKI）、万方数据（WANFANG DATA）、维普中文科技期刊数据库（VIP）、中国生物医学文献服务系统（SinoMed）中岭南地区中药治疗便秘的相关文献，检索时间为各库建库时间至2023年10月31日。将筛选得到的文献录入Excel软件，建立处方药物数据库，并采用IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0的Apriori算法及IBM SPSS Statistics 26软件对药物使用频次、性味归经、核心药物关联规则、关联规则网络可视化展示及系统聚类进行分析。结果：共纳入164篇文献，涉及186首处方，包含164味中药。出现频次≥20次的高频中药有28味，前10味药物依次为白术、火麻仁、当归、甘草、黄芪、枳实、白芍、肉苁蓉、枳壳、党参。用药以温性药、甘味药为主，药物归经主要归肝、脾、肺经。关联规则分析共得出11条，其中2味药、3味药支持度最高的组合分别为白术-升麻、白术-黄芪-火麻仁。通过聚类分析共得到6个聚类处方组合。结论：岭南地区中药治疗便秘以标本兼治、攻补兼施为基本思路，以温中补虚、健脾祛湿、理气通便为基本法则，辅以滋阴生津、益气润肠。用药灵活，消补兼施，便秘非独治大肠，可从脾胃、肝、肺治之。 |

| Medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of constipation in Lingnan area of China：A study based on data mining |

| Objective：To investigate the medication rule and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatment of constipation in Lingnan area of China based on data mining.Methods：CNKI，Wanfang Data，VIP，and SinoMed were searched for articles on TCM treatment of constipation published up to October 31，2023.The articles obtained were entered into Excel software to establish a database of prescriptions and drugs，and the Apriori algorithm of IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 and IBM SPSS Statistics 26 were used to analyze the drugs in terms of frequency of use，nature/taste/meridian entry，the association rules of core drugs，network visualization of association rules，and hierarchical cluster analysis.Results：A total of 164 articles were included，involving 186 prescriptions and 164 TCM drugs.There were 28 TCM drugs with a frequency of ≥20，among which the top 10 drugs were Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.，Fructus Cannabis，Angelica sinensis，Radix Glycyrrhizae，Astragalus membranaceus，Fructus Aurantii Immaturus，Radix Paeoniae Alba，Herba Cistanches，Fructus Aurantii，and Codonopsis pilosula.The drugs used were mainly warm drugs and sweet drugs，and they mainly entered the liver，spleen，and lung meridians.The association rule analysis obtained 11 association rules，among which Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.-Rhizoma Cimicifugae was the two-drug combination with the highest degree of support，and Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.-Astragalus membranaceus-Fructus Cannabis was the three-drug combination with the highest degree of support.The cluster analysis obtained 6 clusters of prescriptions.Conclusion：TCM treatment of constipation in Lingnan area applies the basic thought of treating both manifestation and root cause of disease and the combination of tonification and purgation，with the basic treatment principles of warming middle-Jiao and tonifying deficiency，strengthening the spleen and eliminating dampness，and regulating Qi and relaxing the bowel，assisted by nourishing Yin and promoting fluid production and tonifying Qi and moistening the intestine.The treatment of constipation is characterized by flexible medication and combination of purification and purgation，and in addition to the large intestine，constipation can be treated from the spleen，stomach，liver，and lung. |
