| 目的：观察靳三针联合中风复元方治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征（SHS）Ⅰ期的临床疗效。方法：将72例脑卒中后SHSⅠ期气虚血瘀证患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，每组各36例。对照组予常规治疗、康复训练、中风复元方口服，治疗组在对照组的基础上配合靳三针治疗，2组均治疗8周。观察比较2组患者的手肿胀程度评分、上肢Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表（FMA）评分、肩部疼痛视觉模拟量表（VAS）评分。结果：总有效率治疗组为94.44%（34/36），高于对照组的77.78%(28/36)，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗4、8周后，2组肿胀程度评分降低、上肢FMA评分升高、VAS评分降低，且治疗组的改善程度优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：靳三针联合中风复元方能有效缓解气虚血瘀型SHSⅠ期患者的上肢肿胀程度、疼痛症状，改善运动功能，值得临床推广。 |

| Clinical effect of Jin’s three-needle therapy combined with Zhongfeng Fuyuan prescription in treatment of stage I post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome：An analysis of 36 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Jin’s three-needle therapy combined with Zhongfeng Fuyuan prescription in the treatment of stage I post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome (SHS).Methods：A total of 72 patients with stage I post-stroke SHS with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were divided into treatment group and control group using a random number table，with 36 patients in each group.The patients in the control group received conventional treatment，rehabilitation training，and oral administration of Zhongfeng Fuyuan prescription，and those in the treatment group received Jin’s three-needle therapy in addition to the treatment in the control group；the course of treatment was 8 weeks for both groups.The two groups were observed and compared in terms of hand swelling score，upper limb Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) score，and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score of shoulder pain.Results：The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group ［94.44% (34/36) vs 77.78% (28/36)，P＜0.05］.After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment，both groups had a significant reduction in swelling score，a significant increase in upper limb FMA score，and a significant reduction in VAS score，and the treatment group had significantly better improvements than the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion：For patients with stage I post-stroke SHS with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome，Jin’s three-needle therapy combined with Zhongfeng Fuyuan prescription can effectively alleviate upper limb swelling，pain，and motor function，and thus it holds promise for clinical application. |
