| 目的：运用数据挖掘分析重庆市中医院治疗先兆流产所用中药饮片的规律。方法：收集2018年1月1日至2022年12月31日重庆市中医院门诊及住院部关于治疗先兆流产的中药饮片处方，应用Excel、IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0、IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0软件对用药频次、性味、归经、功效、关联规则及聚类进行分析。结果：最终纳入患者3 883例，处方9 914首，涉及中药494味，累计用药频次138 728次，其中使用频次＞2 000次的中药有22味，排名前5位的中药饮片依次为党参、山药、菟丝子、白芍、当归。高频药物药性以平、温/微温性为主，药味以甘、苦味为主，归经以脾、肝、肾经为主，功效以补气、补血、补阳为主。二阶、三阶、四阶关联规则分析得出的关联度与置信度较高的药物组合分别为蒲黄-党参、黄芩-蒲黄;炙甘草-蒲黄-党参、砂仁-续断-蒲黄;续断-党参-蒲黄-菟丝子;墨旱莲-白芍-菟丝子-蒲黄。对高频药物进行聚类分析共得到4类药物组合。结论：重庆市中医院治疗先兆流产的处方中核心药对以党参-蒲黄、黄芪-蒲黄为基础，配以寿胎丸、芍药甘草汤、八珍汤，佐以补肾益精、益气补血类药物。 |

| Selection of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces for the treatment of threatened abortion in Chongqing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital：A study based on data mining |

| Objective：To investigate the selection of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) decoction pieces for the treatment of threatened abortion in Chongqing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital based on data mining.Methods：Prescriptions containing TCM decoction pieces for the treatment of threatened abortion were collected from the outpatient and inpatient services of Chongqing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 1，2018 to December 31，2022，and Excel，IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0，and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 were used to perform the analyses of drug frequency，nature/taste，meridian entry，function，association rule，and clusters.Results：A total of 3 883 patients were enrolled，involving 9 914 prescriptions and 494 TCM drugs，with a cumulative frequency of use of 138 728 times.There were 22 TCM drugs with a frequency of use of >2 000 times，and the top 5 decoction pieces were Codonopsis pilosula，Dioscorea opposita，China dodder seed，Radix Paeoniae Alba，and Angelica sinensis.Most high-frequency drugs were neutral or warm/slightly warm in nature and had a sweet or bitter taste，and they mainly entered the spleen，liver，and kidney meridians，with the main functions of tonifying Qi，enriching the blood，and nourishing Yan.The second-，third-，and fourth-order cluster analyses showed that the drug combinations with high degrees of association and confidence were Pollen Typhae-Codonopsis pilosula，Scutellaria baicalensis-Pollen Typhae，Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata-Pollen Typhae-Codonopsis pilosula，Amomum villosum-teasel root-Pollen Typhae，teasel root-Codonopsis pilosula-Pollen Typhae-China dodder seed，and Herba Ecliptae-Radix Paeoniae Alba-China dodder seed-Pollen Typhae.The cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs obtained 4 drug combinations.Conclusion：Codonopsis pilosula-Pollen Typhae and Astragalus membranaceus-Pollen Typhae are the core drug combinations in the prescriptions for threatened abortion in Chongqing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital，together with Shoutai pills，Shaoyao Gancao decoction，Bazhen decoction，kidney-nourishing and essence-enriching drugs，and Qi-tonifying and blood-nourishing drugs. |
