| 目的：运用数据挖掘探讨针刺治疗偏头痛的选穴规律。方法：检索中国知网（CNKI）、万方数据（WANFANG DATA）、中国生物医学文献服务系统（SinoMed）、维普中文科技期刊数据库（VIP）及PubMed、Web of Science，收集自2014年5月1日至2024年5月30日针刺治疗偏头痛的相关文献，建立针刺治疗偏头痛的处方数据库。对腧穴频率、归经、部位及特定穴归属进行描述性统计分析，采用SPSS Modeler 18.0软件对腧穴进行关联规则分析，Cytoscape 3.10.0软件对频次≥18次的高频腧穴绘制复杂网络图，SPSS Statistics 25.0对高频腧穴进行聚类分析。结果：纳入文献230篇，涉及104个腧穴，总使用频次为1 541次;使用频次排名前5位的腧穴分别为风池、太阳、率谷、百会、太冲;所选经脉主要是胆经、经外奇穴、督脉、三焦经等;选穴多集中在头颈部;特定穴中交会穴使用频次最高;腧穴配伍中，太阳-风池-率谷三穴关联最强;前20位高频腧穴可以分为4个有效聚类群。结论：近十年针刺治疗偏头痛取穴多从胆经论治，远近配穴，标本兼治。核心穴组为“太阳-风池-率谷”，辨证配穴，可为临床提供参考依据。 |

| Acupoint selection rules of acupuncture in treatment of migraine：A study based on data mining |

| Objective：To investigate the acupoint selection rules of acupuncture in the treatment of migraine based on data mining.Methods：CNKI，Wanfang Data，SinoMed，VIP，PubMed，and Web of Science were searched for articles on acupuncture in the treatment of migraine published from May 1，2014 to May 30，2024，and a prescription database was established.Descriptive statistical analyses were performed for the frequency，meridian entry，and location of acupoints，as well as the attribution of specific acupoints.SPSS Modeler 18.0 was used to perform the association rule analysis of acupoints，Cytoscape 3.10.0 was used to plot a complex network for high-frequency acupoints with a frequency of ≥18 times，and SPSS Statistics 25.0 was used to perform the cluster analysis of high-frequency acupoints.Results：A total of 230 articles were included，involving 104 acupoints，with a total frequency of use of 1 541 times.The top 5 acupoints in terms of frequency of use were Fengchi，Taiyang，Shuaigu，Baihui，and Taichong，and the meridians selected were mainly the gallbladder meridian，extra ordinary points，the governor vessel，and the triple energizer meridian.Most of the acupoints selected were in the head and neck area，and confluent points had the highest frequency of use among specific acupoints.As for acupoint compatibility，Taiyang-Fengchi-Shuaigu showed the strongest association.The top 20 high-frequency acupoints could be classified into 4 effective clusters.Conclusion：In the recent 10 years，acupuncture for the treatment of migraine mainly selects acupoints of the gallbladder meridian，with the principles of distal-proximal acupoint combination and treatment of both manifestation and root cause of disease.Taiyang-Fengchi-Shuaigu is the core acupoint combination，and the combination of acupoints is determined based on syndrome differentiation，which provides a reference for clinical practice. |
