| 目的：运用数据挖掘分析中医药治疗肝亢风动型儿童抽动障碍的用药规律。方法：检索从2000年1月1日至2023年6月30日中国知网（CNKI）、维普中文科技期刊数据库（VIP）、万方数据（WANFANG DATA）、中国生物医学文献服务系统（SinoMed）等数据库中有关中医药治疗肝亢风动型儿童抽动障碍的文献，并对其用药频次、性味、归经、功效、关联规则及聚类进行分析。结果：最终纳入文献72篇，处方72首，涉及药物149味，其中使用频次≥15次的药物共20味，排名前5位的是钩藤、白芍、天麻、甘草、全蝎，以药性寒、味甘、归肝经为主要特征。关联规则分析结果显示常用药对为钩藤-天麻、白芍-钩藤、白芍-天麻。聚类分析共得到9个新组合。结论：中医药治疗肝亢风动型儿童抽动障碍以平肝泻火、息风止痉为治疗原则，佐以疏肝解郁、清热除烦、养血柔肝法。 |

| Medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of childhood tic disorder with liver hyperactivity and wind disturbance：A study based on data mining |

| Objective：To investigate the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the treatment of childhood tic disorder with liver hyperactivity and wind disturbance based on data mining.Methods：Databases including CNKI，VIP，Wanfang Data，and SinoMed were searched for articles on TCM in the treatment of childhood tic disorder with liver hyperactivity and wind disturbance published from January 1，2000 to June 30，2023，and the TCM drugs were analyzed in terms of frequency of use，nature/taste，meridian entry，function，association rule，and clusters.Results：A total of 72 articles were included，involving 72 prescriptions and 149 TCM drugs，among which there were 20 drugs with a frequency of use of ≥15 times，and the top 5 drugs were Uncaria rhynchophylla，Radix Paeoniae Alba，Rhizoma Gastrodiae，Radix Glycyrrhizae，and scorpion.Most drugs had a cold nature and a sweet taste and mainly entered the liver meridian.The association rule analysis showed that Uncaria rhynchophylla-Rhizoma Gastrodiae，Radix Paeoniae Alba-Uncaria rhynchophylla，and Radix Paeoniae Alba-Rhizoma Gastrodiae were commonly used drug combinations.The cluster analysis obtained 9 clusters.Conclusion：In the TCM treatment of childhood tic disorder with liver hyperactivity and wind disturbance，calming the liver，purging fire and，calming the wind，and relieving spasm are the main treatment principles，assisted by the therapies for soothing the liver and resolving stagnation，clearing heat and relieving restlessness，and nourishing the blood and softening the liver. |
