| 目的：观察循经足浴透药法对混合痔手术患者术后不适的临床疗效。方法：将208 例混合痔外剥内扎术后出现睡眠障碍、情绪焦虑的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各104 例。对照组采用传统足浴透药法治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用循经足浴透药法治疗，治疗14 d后比较2组视觉模拟量表（VAS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）、36项健康调查简表(SF-36)评分。结果：治疗过程中治疗组脱落3例，对照组脱落2例。2组治疗第1、3、5、7、14天的VAS评分，治疗后的SAS、PQSI评分均减少，SF-36评分均增加，且治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：循经足浴透药法可有效缓解患者混合痔术后焦虑和疼痛，术后早期使用循经足浴透药法更有利于提升患者的生活质量。 |

| Clinical effect of transdermal drug delivery through foot bath along the meridians in treatment of discomfort after mixed hemorrhoid surgery：An analysis of 101 cases |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of transdermal drug delivery through foot bath along the meridians in the treatment of discomfort after mixed hemorrhoid surgery. Methods: A total of 208 patients with sleep disorders and anxiety after Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy for mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 104 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given traditional transdermal drug delivery through foot bath, and those in the treatment group were given transdermal drug delivery through foot bath along the meridians in addition to the treatment in the control group. The two groups were compared in terms of Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score, Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) score, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score, and 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey (SF-36) score after 14 days of treatment. Results: Three patients in the treatment group and two in the control group were lost to follow-up during treatment. Both groups had a significant reduction in VAS score on days 1, 3, 5, 7, and 14 of treatment, as well as significant reductions in SAS and PQSI scores and a significant increase in SF-36 score after treatment, and the treatment group had significantly better results than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Transdermal drug delivery through foot bath along the meridians can effectively alleviate anxiety and pain after mixed hemorrhoid surgery, and the application of this method in the early stage after surgery can help to improve the quality of life of patients. |
