目的:观察院内制剂楂曲合剂治疗餐后不适综合征(PDS)饮食内停证的临床疗效。方法:将80例PDS饮食内停证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例。治疗组予以楂曲合剂治疗,对照组予以复方阿嗪米特肠溶片治疗,比较2组治疗前后功能性消化不良(FD)症状程度评分(FD症状严重程度、FD症状发作频率及FD症状程度总评分)、中医证候总积分、中医脾胃病医生报告结局(ClinRO)症状量表评分(胃系症状评分、全身症状评分和ClinRO总评分),并评价综合疗效。结果:治疗过程中治疗组脱落2例,对照组脱落3例。总有效率治疗组为89.50%(34/38),对照组为86.50%(32/37),2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗后FD症状程度各项评分、中医证候总积分、ClinRO各项评分均低于治疗前(P<0.01),其中治疗组FD症状发作频率评分、FD症状程度总评分、中医证候总积分、胃系症状评分及ClinRO总评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:楂曲合剂可明显改善PDS饮食内停证患者的临床症状,缓解餐后饱胀、早饱的症状程度,并减少其发作频率,亦可改善患者整体健康状态。 |

Clinical effect of Zhaqu mixture in treatment of postprandial distress syndrome:An analysis of 38 cases |

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the hospital-made prescription Zhaqu mixture in the treatment of postprandial distress syndrome (PDS) with internal stagnation of food.Methods:A total of 80 PDS patients with internal stagnation of food were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given Zhaqu mixture,and those in the control group were given compound azintamide enteric-coated tablets.The two groups were compared in terms of functional dyspepsia (FD) symptom scores (the severity,frequency,and total score of FD symptoms),total traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome score,clinican-reported outcome (ClinRO) symptom scale score for spleen and stomach discorders in TCM (gastric symptom score,systemic symptom score,and total ClinRO score) before and after treatment,and overall response was evaluated.Results:Two patients in the treatment group and three in the control group were lost to follow-up during treatment.There was no significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group [89.50% (34/38) vs 86.50% (32/37),P>0.05].After treatment,both groups had significant reductions in FD symptom scores,total TCM syndrome score,and ClinRO scores (P<0.01),and compared with the control group,the treatment group had significantly lower FD symptom frequency score,total FD symptom score,total TCM syndrome score,gastric symptom score,and total ClinRO score (P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhaqu mixture can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of PDS patients with internal stagnation of food,alleviate the symptoms of postprandial fullness and early satiety ,reduce the frequency of symptoms,and improve the overall health status. |
