| 目的：基于数据挖掘探析浅针治疗失眠的选穴规律。方法：检索中国知网（CNKI）、万方数据（WANFANG DATA）、维普中文科技期刊数据库（VIP）、中国生物医学文献服务系统（SinoMed）、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library等数据库中自建库至2024年1月1日发表的有关浅针治疗失眠的临床研究文献。对腧穴处方进行梳理，建立“浅针治疗失眠处方数据库”，运用R 4.3.2软件进行关联规则和聚类分析，应用Cytoscape 3.10.1绘制核心腧穴复杂共现网络图。结果：纳入44篇文献，包含65个针灸处方，43个腧穴，其中使用频次排前3位的腧穴为山根、百会、镇静；经外奇穴及经验穴使用较多，使用频次排前3位的经脉为督脉、足厥阴肝经、手少阴心经；所用腧穴多分布于头面部、下肢、上肢；特定穴使用以五输穴和原穴为主；核心穴组为山根-镇静、百会-神门；对高频腧穴聚类分析后得出5个聚类群。结论：浅针治疗失眠巧用奇穴，善取督脉，心脑同调，强调五输穴及原穴的应用，并重视辨证取穴，灵活配伍腧穴组合。 |

| Acupoint selection for shallow puncture in treatment of insomnia：A study based on data mining |

| Objective：To investigate the acupoint selection rule for shallow puncture in the treatment of insomnia based on data mining.Methods：The databases，including CNKI，Wanfang Data，VIP，SinoMed，PubMed，Embase，and the Cochrane Library，were searched for clinical studies on shallow puncture in the treatment of insomnia published up to January 1，2024.The acupoint prescriptions were analyzed to establish a database for shallow puncture in the treatment of insomnia.R 4.3.2 software was used to perform the association analysis and the cluster analysis，and Cytoscape 3.10.1 was used to plot a complex co-occurrence network for core acupoints.Results：A total of 44 articles were included，including 65 acupuncture prescriptions and 43 acupoints.The top 3 acupoints in terms of frequency of use were Shangen，Baihui，and Zhenjing，and there was a relatively high frequency of use for extra ordinary points and empirical points.The top 3 meridians in terms of frequency of use were the governor vessel，the Jueyin liver meridian of foot，and the heart meridian of Hand-Shaoyin.The acupoints used were mainly distributed in the head and face，upper extremities，and lower extremities.Five-Shu points and source points were the main specific acupoints used for treatment.The core acupoint pairs were Shangen-Zhenjing and Baihui-Shenmen，and the cluster analysis of high-frequency acupoints obtained 5 clusters.Conclusion：Extra ordinary points and the governor vessel are mainly used for shallow puncture in the treatment of insomnia，with a focus on simultaneous regulation of heart and brain and an emphasis on the application of five-Shu points and source points.Acupoints are selected based on syndrome differentiation，with a flexible combination of acupoints. |
