| 目的：观察益气解毒方治疗鼻咽癌放疗后口腔黏膜炎的临床疗效。方法：选取鼻咽癌放疗后口腔黏膜炎患者120 例并将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各60 例。治疗组1 例患者以及对照组2 例患者因自身原因退出本研究，最终2组分别纳入59 例和58 例。2组均予以基础治疗，治疗组在此基础上予以益气解毒方治疗，对照组在此基础上予以康复新液治疗。比较2组口腔黏膜炎持续时间及分级情况、疼痛视觉模拟量表（VAS）评分、免疫因子及炎症因子指标、唾液表皮生长因子（EGF）浓度、生活质量评分和不良反应发生情况，并评价2组临床疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为98.31%（58/59），对照组为81.03%（47/58），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；2组口腔黏膜炎持续时间及分级情况、疼痛VAS评分、免疫因子及炎症因子指标、EGF浓度、生活质量评分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；2组患者在治疗过程中均未发生明显不良反应。结论：益气解毒方治疗鼻咽癌放疗后口腔黏膜炎疗效较佳，能够明显改善患者的口腔黏膜炎分级、VAS评分以及生活质量，增加EGF浓度，促进口腔黏膜炎愈合，并有效缩短口腔黏膜炎的持续时间，其作用机制可能与抑制局部炎症反应、提升免疫功能等方面密切相关。 |

| Clinical effect of Yiqi Jiedu prescription in treatment of oral mucositis after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma：An analysis of 59 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Yiqi Jiedu prescription in the treatment of oral mucositis after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods：A total of 120 patients with oral mucositis after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 60 patients in each group.One patient in the treatment group and two patients in the control group withdrew from this study due to personal reasons，and finally 59 patients in the treatment group and 58 in the control group were included for analysis.In addition to basic treatment，the patients in the treatment group received Yiqi Jiedu prescription，while those in the control group received Kangfuxin liquid.The two groups were compared in terms of the duration and grade of oral mucositis，Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score，immune factors，inflammatory factors，the concentration of epidermal growth factor (EGF) in saliva，quality of life score，and adverse reactions，and clinical outcome was assessed for both groups.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group ［98.31% (58/59) vs 81.03% (47/58)，P＜0.05］.After treatment，both groups had significant changes in the duration and grade of oral mucositis，VAS score，immune factors，inflammatory factors，the concentration of EGF，and quality of life score，and there were significant differences in these indicators between the two groups after treatment (P＜0.05).No obvious adverse reaction was observed in either group during treatment.Conclusion：Yiqi Jiedu prescription has a good clinical effect in the treatment of oral mucositis after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma and can significantly improve the grade of oral mucositis，VAS score，and quality of life，increase the concentration of EGF，promote the healing of oral mucositis，and effectively shorten the duration of oral mucositis，possibly by inhibiting local inflammatory response and improving immune function. |
