| 目的：观察炙甘草汤加减联合耳穴压豆治疗气阴两虚型室性早搏的临床疗效。方法：将100 例气阴两虚型室性早搏患者按照随机数字表法分成治疗组和对照组，每组各50 例。对照组予以西医常规治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用炙甘草汤加减和耳穴压豆治疗。比较2组中医证候总积分、心率变异性参数、室性早搏次数变化及治疗安全性，并评价综合疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为92.00%（46/50），高于对照组的78.00%（39/50），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，2组中医证候总积分均较治疗前下降，且治疗组下降幅度大于对照组（P＜0.05）；2组心率变异性参数均较治疗前上升，室性早搏次数均较治疗前下降，且治疗组上升幅度及下降幅度均大于对照组（P＜0.05）；2组治疗后的血压、呼吸等一般项目均无异常，且均未出现明显药物相关不良反应。结论：炙甘草汤加减联合耳穴压豆治疗气阴两虚型室性早搏，能有效缓解患者不适症状，调节心率变异性指标，减少室性早搏次数，效果较佳，且安全性良好。 |

| Clinical effect of modified Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata decoction combined with ear acupoint bean pressing in treatment of ventricular premature beats with deficiency of both Qi and Yin：An analysis of 50 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of modified Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata decoction combined with ear acupoint bean pressing in the treatment of ventricular premature beats with deficiency of both Qi and Yin.Methods：A total of 100 patients with ventricular premature beats with deficiency of both Qi and Yin were divided into treatment group and control group using a random number table，with 50 patients in each group.The patients in the control group received conventional Western medicine treatment，and those in the treatment group received modified Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata decoction combined with ear acupoint bean pressing in addition to the treatment in the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of total traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome score，heart rate variability，the change in the number of ventricular premature beats，and treatment safety，and overall response was assessed.Results：The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group ［92.00% (46/50) vs 78.00% (39/50)，P＜0.05］.After treatment，both groups had a significant reduction in total TCM syndrome score，and the treatment group had a significantly greater reduction than the control group (P＜0.05)；both groups had a significant increase in heart rate variability and a significant reduction in the number of ventricular premature beats，and the treatment group had significantly greater changes than the control group (P＜0.05).Both groups had no abnormalities in general items such as blood pressure and respiration after treatment，and there were no obvious drug-related adverse reactions.Conclusion：In the treatment of ventricular premature beats with deficiency of both Qi and Yin，modified Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata decoction combined with ear acupoint bean pressing can effectively alleviate patient discomfort，regulate heart rate variability，and reduce ventricular premature beats，with a good clinical effect and a favorable safety profile. |
