| 目的：探讨王书臣教授治疗肺癌的用药规律，总结其治疗肺癌的学术思想。方法：收集2020年1月1日至2023年4月30日于中国中医科学院西苑医院王教授门诊诊治的肺癌患者的病历资料，采用Excel软件提取方药信息，采用R语言分析中药频次与类别、关联规则及聚类。结果: 纳入处方325首，涉及药物243味，中药累计使用频次达6831次，频次≥100次的中药有21味，前5位依次为黄芪、半枝莲、山慈菇、鬼箭羽、桑白皮，中药类别以清热解毒药、活血化瘀药、化痰止咳平喘药为主。获得关联规则213条，治疗肺癌的核心药物组合为黄芪、九香虫、鼠妇虫、山慈菇、半枝莲。常用药对有九香虫-鼠妇虫、全蝎-蜈蚣、山慈菇-半枝莲、白英-垂盆草、桑白皮-地骨皮、穿山龙-地龙。药物聚类有5类。结论：王教授治疗肺癌以扶正驱邪为治则，强调以“通”为安，重用黄芪正本清源，补虚通滞；配以清肺解毒、化痰散结、活血利水类药物攻邪，善用虫类灵长之品搜剔通络、消癥散结，并根据患者的症状特点辨证论治，在核心组方的基础上加减运用。 |

| Medication rule and academic thinking of Wang Shuchen in treatment of lung cancer: A study based on data mining |

| Objective: To investigate the medication rule of Professor Wang Shuchen in the treatment of lung cancer，and to summarize his academic thinking in the treatment of lung cancer.Methods: Medical records were collected from the patients with lung cancer who were diagnosed and treated at the outpatient service of Professor Wang in Xiyuan Hospital，China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences，from January 1，2020 to April 30，2023.Excel software was used to extract the data on prescriptions and drugs，and R language was used to analyze the frequency and category of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) drugs and perform association rule analysis and cluster analysis.Results: A total of 325 prescriptions were included，involving 243 TCM drugs.The accumulative frequency of use of TCM drugs reached 6831，and there were 21 TCM drugs with a frequency of ≥100，with the top five drugs of Astragalus membranaceus，Scutellaria barbata，Cremastrae Pseudobulbus，Euonymus alatus，and Cortex Mori.In terms of category，heat-clearing and detoxicating drugs，blood-activating and stasis-resolving drugs，and phlegm-eliminating，cough-relieving，and asthma-relieving drugs were mainly used for treatment.A total of 213 association rules were obtained，and Astragalus membranaceus，Aspongopus Chinensis Dallas，pillbug，Cremastrae Pseudobulbus，and Scutellaria barbata were the core drug combinations for the treatment of lung cancer.Commonly used drug combinations included Aspongopus Chinensis Dallas-pillbug，scorpion-centipede，Cremastrae Pseudobulbus-Scutellaria barbata，Solanum lyratum Thunb.-Sedum sarmentosum，Cortex Mori-Cortex Lycii Radicis，and Rhizoma Dioscoreae Nipponicae-Pheretima.The cluster analysis obtained 5 clusters.Conclusion: Professor Wang applies the principle of strengthening vital Qi and eliminating pathogens in the treatment of lung cancer，emphasizes the importance of “Tong” (unblocking)，and uses Astragalus membranaceus to address the root cause and to tonify deficiency while clearing stagnation，in combination with lung-clearing and detoxicating drugs，phlegm-eliminating and static blood-resolving drugs，and blood-activating and diuresis-inducing drugs to attack the pathogens.Professor Wang also uses insect-derived drugs to search out pathogens and clear the collaterals and to dissolve masses and disperse nodules，and performs syndrome differentiation-based treatment according to the symptoms of patients and using modified core prescriptions. |
