| 目的：采用数据挖掘技术探讨张小萍教授治疗慢性非萎缩性胃炎（CNAG）的用药规律。方法：收集2019年12月3日至2022年6月28日于江西中医药大学附属医院张教授诊室诊治的CNAG患者的首诊资料，采用Excel分析药物频次、性味、归经、类别，运用SPSS Statistics26.0、SPSS Modeler18.0、Cytoscape3.7.2进行关联规则分析与聚类分析。结果：纳入处方327首，涉及中药128味，中药累计使用频次达5048次，频次≥50次的中药有25味，排前5位的有炙甘草、炒麦芽、炒谷芽、黄连、白及；药性以寒、温、平性为主，药味以苦、甘、辛味为主，药物归经以脾、胃、肝经为主，药物类别以补虚药、理气药、消食药、清热药为主。最常用的药对为炒麦芽-炒谷芽。聚类分析获得中药组合3组。结论：张教授认为CNAG的基本病机为脾胃虚弱、气机阻滞，以健脾益胃、调达气机为根本治法，注重调整脾胃的气机升降出入和燥湿纳化平衡。 |

| Objective: To investigate the medication rule of Professor Zhang Xiaoping in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis (CNAG) based on data mining.Methods: Initial diagnosis data were collected from the patients with CNAG who were diagnosed and treated in the consulting room of Professor Zhang in The Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 3，2019 to June 28，2022.Excel was used to analyze the frequency，nature，taste，meridian entry，and category of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) drugs，and SPSS Statistics 26.0，SPSS Modeler 18.0，and Cytoscape 3.7.2 were used to perform association rule analysis and cluster analysis.Results: A total of 327 prescriptions were included，involving 128 TCM drugs.The accumulative frequency of use of TCM drugs reached 5048，and there were 25 TCM drugs with a frequency of ≥50，with the top five drugs of Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata，roasted malt，fried grain sprouts，Coptis chinensis，and Rhizoma Bletillae.Most drugs had a cold，warm or neutral nature and a bitter，sweet or pungent taste，and they mainly entered the spleen，stomach，and liver meridians.In terms of category，deficiency-tonifying，Qi-regulating，digestion-promoting，and heat-clearing drugs were mainly used.The most commonly used drug combination was roasted malt-fried grain sprouts.The cluster analysis obtained three TCM drug combinations.Conclusion: Professor Zhang believes deficiency of spleen and stomach and qi-movement stagnation are the main pathogeneses of CNAG and applies the treatment methods of strengthening the spleen，tonifying the stomach，and regulating Qi-movement，with an emphasis on the rise-fall and entry-exit of Qi-movement and the balance between dampness and drying and between intake and digestion. |
