| 目的：应用数据挖掘方法探讨中药治疗三叉神经痛的用药规律。方法：计算机检索中国知网（CNKI）、万方数据（WANFANG DATA）、维普中文科技期刊数据库（VIP）自2000年1月1日至2022年3月31日采用中药治疗三叉神经痛的文献，按纳入及排除标准筛选出组成剂量明确的方剂，建立Excel数据库，录入古今医案云平台（V2.4.3），进行中药用药频次、功效、四气、五味、归经、药物组合频次、关联规则及层次聚类分析。结果：纳入文献201篇，共215首方剂，256味中药，中药频次排名前3位的为川芎、全蝎、白芍；功效以祛风止痛、攻毒散结、息风镇痉为主；四气以温、平为主；五味以辛、甘、苦为主；多归肝、肺、脾经。高频药物组合为全蝎-川芎、白芷-川芎、蜈蚣-全蝎；关联分析得出关联规则 5条，中药聚类分析得出聚类组合6组。结论：临床治疗三叉神经痛的中药主要功效为祛风止痛、攻毒散结、息风镇痉，并根据兼证不同，佐以清热泻火、平肝潜阳等。 |

| Medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of trigeminal neuralgia：A study based on data mining |

| Objective：To investigate the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia based on data mining.Methods：CNKI，WANFANG DATA，and VIP were searched for articles on TCM in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia published from January 1st，2000 to March 31st，2022，and prescriptions with definite composition and dose were screened out based on inclusion and exclusion criteria.An Excel database was established and imported into Cloud Platform of Ancient and Modern Medical Records (V2.4.3) to perform association rule analysis，hierarchical cluster analysis，and the analyses of TCM drug frequency，function，four properties and five tastes，meridian entry，and drug combination frequency.Results：A total of 201 articles were included，involving 215 prescriptions and 256 TCM drugs.The top 3 TCM drugs in terms of frequency were Rhizoma Chuanxiong，scorpion，and Radix Paeoniae Alba，and the main functions of TCM drugs included dispelling pathogenic wind and relieving pain，counteracting toxic substances and resolving static blood，and relieving spasm by calming endogenous wind.Most drugs were warm or neutral and had a pungent，sweet or bitter taste，and they mainly entered the liver，lung and spleen，meridians.High-frequency drug combinations were scorpion-Rhizoma Chuanxiong，Radix Angelicae Dahuricae-Rhizoma Chuanxiong，and centipede-scorpion.The association rule analysis obtained 5 association rules，and the TCM cluster analysis obtained 6 clusters.Conclusion：TCM drugs for the clinical treatment of trigeminal neuralgia mainly have the functions of dispelling pathogenic wind and relieving pain，counteracting toxic substances and resolving static blood，and relieving spasm by calming endogenous wind，and according to different accompanying syndromes，it is assisted with heat-clearing and fire-purging therapy and liver-pacifying and Yang-suppressing therapy. |
