| 目的：基于数据挖掘技术探析内庭穴的现代主治优势病症和腧穴配伍规律。方法：在中国知网（CNKI）、万方数据（WANFANG DATA）、维普中文科技期刊数据库（VIP）、中国生物医学文献服务系统（SinoMed）、PubMed和Web of Science等数据库检索、筛选内庭穴相关文献，建立SQL Server数据库，运用“五输穴主治与配伍数据挖掘软件V1.0”与Gephi 0.92进行频次统计及复杂网络、关联规则、聚类分析。结果：纳入文献217篇。单穴主治病症7类，共13种，优势病症为牙痛、磨牙症和腹胀等8种；配伍主治病症10类，共88种，优势病症为牙痛、面神经麻痹、膈肌痉挛和三叉神经痛等24种。高频配伍腧穴为合谷、足三里、太冲和内关等17个穴位，配伍经脉以足阳明胃经、手阳明大肠经和任脉为主。结论：内庭穴主治范围广泛，单穴和配伍主治病症均以口腔科和内科为主，主治最优势病症均为牙痛，配穴归经以足阳明胃经和手阳明大肠经为主。 |

| Modern dominant indications and acupoint compatibility rule of Neiting point：A study based on data mining techniques |

| Objective：To investigate the modern dominant indications and acupoint compatibility rule of Neiting point based on data mining techniques.Methods：Databases including CNKI，WANFANG DATA，VIP，SinoMed，PubMed，and Web of Science were searched to screen out the articles on Neiting point and establish an SQL Server database，and Data Mining Software for Indications and Compatibility of Five Transporting Points (V1.0) and Gephi 0.92 were used for frequency statistics，complex network analysis，association rule analysis，and cluster analysis.Results：A total of 217 articles were included.There were 13 single-acupoint indications belonging to 7 categories，among which 8 were dominant indications，such as toothache，odontoprisis，and abdominal distension；there were 88 indications for acupoint compatibility belonging to 10 categories，among which 24 were dominant indications，such as toothache，facial nerve palsy，phrenospasm，and trigeminal neuralgia.There were 17 high-frequency acupoints for compatibility，including Hegu，Zusanli，Taichong，and Neiguan，and the stomach meridian of foot-Yangming，the large intestine meridian of hand-Yangming，and conception vessel were the main meridians for compatibility.Conclusion：Neiting point has an extensive range of indications，with stomatology and internal medicine diseases as the main indications for both single-acupoint and compatibility treatment，and toothache is the dominant disease.The stomach meridian of foot-Yangming and the large intestine meridian of hand-Yangming are the main meridians for compatibility. |
