| 目的：探讨益气养阴汤联合西药治疗卵巢癌的临床疗效。方法：将72 例卵巢癌患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组各36 例。对照组予以贝伐珠单抗注射液治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用益气养阴汤治疗。观察2组的综合疗效，血清肿瘤标记物，细胞免疫因子，抑制因子、生长因子、炎症因子水平，生存质量评分，化疗毒副作用发生情况。结果：总有效率治疗组为94.45%（34/36），对照组为75.00%（27/36），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组血清肿瘤标记物，细胞免疫因子，抑制因子、生长因子、炎症因子水平及生存质量评分比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05或P<0.01）。2组毒副作用发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：益气养阴汤联合西药治疗卵巢癌可提高患者临床疗效，调节血清肿瘤标记物、细胞免疫功能及抑制因子、生长因子、炎症因子分泌水平，改善患者生活质量，且无明显毒副作用。 |

| Clinical effect of Yiqi Yangyin decoction combined with Western medicine in treatment of ovarian cancer：An analysis of 36 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Yiqi Yangyin decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of ovarian cancer.Methods：A total of 72 patients with ovarian cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 36 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given bevacizumab injection，and those in the treatment group were given Yiqi Yangyin decoction in addition to the treatment in the control group.The two groups were observed in terms of overall response，serum tumor markers，cellular immune factors，levels of inhibiting factors/growth factors/inflammatory factors，quality of life score，and toxic and side effects of chemotherapy.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group ［94.45% (34/36) vs 75.00% (27/36)，P<0.05］.There were significant differences between the two groups in serum tumor markers，cellular immune factors，levels of inhibiting factors/growth factors/inflammatory factors，and quality of life score (P<0.05 or P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of toxic and side effects between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion：In the treatment of ovarian cancer，Yiqi Yangyin decoction combined with Western medicine can improve clinical outcome，regulate serum tumor markers，cellular immune function，and levels of inhibiting factors/growth factors/inflammatory factors，and improve quality of life，with little toxic and side effects. |
