| 目的：观察西医常规疗法结合口服加味金水六君煎及穴位贴敷治疗肺肾气虚型肺胀的临床疗效。方法：将44 例肺肾气虚型肺胀患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各22 例。对照组予以西医常规治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用口服加味金水六君煎及穴位贴敷治疗，疗程均为2周，比较2组临床疗效、肺功能第1秒用力呼气容积（FEV1）、慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者自我评估测试问卷（CAT）评分。结果：总有效率治疗组为90.91%（20/22），对照组为68.18%（15/22），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；2组FEV1、CAT评分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗肺肾气虚型肺胀的临床疗效优于单用西医常规治疗。 |

| Clinical effect of Jiawei Jinshui Liujun decoction combined with acupoint application in treatment of lung distension with lung-kidney Qi deficiency：An analysis of 22 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of conventional Western medicine treatment combined with oral administration of Jiawei Jinshui Liujun decoction and acupoint application in the treatment of lung distension with lung-kidney Qi deficiency.Methods：A total of 44 patients with lung distension with lung-kidney Qi deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 22 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment，while those in the treatment group were given oral administration of Jiawei Jinshui Liujun decoction and acupoint application in addition to the treatment in the control group；the course of treatment was 2 weeks for both groups.The two groups were compared in terms of clinical outcome，forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1)，and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test (CAT) score.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group ［90.91% (20/22) vs 68.18% (15/22)，P<0.05］.Both groups had significant changes in FEV1 and CAT score after treatment，and there were significant differences in these indices between the two groups after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion：Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy for lung distension with lung-kidney Qi deficiency has a better clinical effect than conventional Western medicine treatment alone. |
