目的:基于古今医案云平台挖掘治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)痰热壅肺证的药物配伍规律及核心处方。方法:计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据(WANFANG DATA)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)中有关中药治疗AECOPD痰热壅肺证的文献,检索年限从建库至2021年10月31日。对检索到的符合纳入、排除标准的文献进行数据提取、处理与规范化后导入古今医案云平台,对导入的中药数据进行频次分析、中药属性归经分析、关联分析及复杂网络分析。结果:共纳入文献101篇,中药140味,总频次1102次,频次≥14次的中药共20味,使用频次最高的中药为黄芩;药性以寒、温、平为主,药味以苦为主,多归于肺经;关联分析得到的强关联药对为苦杏仁-黄芩、桑白皮-黄芩;筛选出的核心药物组合为黄芩、桔梗、茯苓、甘草、桑白皮、苦杏仁、瓜蒌、鱼腥草、浙贝母。结论:治疗AECOPD痰热壅肺证的中药具有寒温并用、升降相因的组方特点。 |

Drug compatibility rule in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with phlegm-heat obstructing the lung:A study based on Ancient and Modern Medical Records Cloud Platform |

Objective:To investigate the drug compatibility rule and core prescriptions in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) with phlegm-heat obstructing the lung based on the Ancient and Modern Medical Records Cloud Platform.Methods:CNKI,Wanfang Data,and VIP were searched for articles on the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatment of AECOPD published up to October 31,2021.The articles were selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria and were imported into the Ancient and Modern Medical Records Cloud Platform after data extraction,processing,and standardization,and the imported data on TCM drugs were analyzed in terms of frequency,nature,meridian entry,association analysis,and complex network analysis.Results:A total of 101 articles were included,involving 140 TCM drugs with a total frequency of 1102.There were 20 drugs with a frequency of ≥14,among which Scutellaria baicalensis had the highest frequency.Most drugs were cold,warm or neutral nature,had a bitter taste,and entered the lung meridian.Association analysis showed that the drug combinations of Semen Armeniacae Amarum-Scutellaria baicalensis and white mulberry root-bark-Scutellaria baicalensis had strong association,and the core drugs obtained were Scutellaria baicalensis,Platycodon grandiflorus,Poria cocos,Radix Glycyrrhizae,white mulberry root-bark,Semen Armeniacae Amarum,Fructus Trichosanthis,Houttuynia cordata,and Fritillaria thunbergii.Conclusion:TCM drugs for the treatment of AECOPD with phlegm-heat obstructing the lung have the prescription features of both cold and warm natures and both rising and falling effects. |
