| 目的：观察降压调脂汤治疗高血压病合并高脂血症痰浊内阻证的临床疗效。方法：选取高血压病合并高脂血症痰浊内阻证患者60例，将其随机分成治疗组和对照组，每组各30例。治疗组予以降压调脂汤治疗，对照组予以硝苯地平控释片、厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片及阿托伐他汀钙片等西医常规治疗。观察2组治疗前后的收缩压、舒张压、血脂、中医证候积分、血流变学指标变化及综合疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为90.00%，对照组为70.00%，2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；2组收缩压、舒张压、血脂、中医证候积分、血流变学指标治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：降压调脂汤治疗高血压病合并高脂血症痰浊内阻证疗效优于单用西药治疗，能有效缓解症状，减少并发症的发生。 |

| Clinical effect of Jiangya Tiaozhi decoction in treatment of hypertension and hyperlipidemia with phlegm-turbidity stagnation：An analysis of 30 cases |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Jiangya Tiaozhi decoction in the treatment of hypertension and hyperlipidemia with phlegm-turbidity stagnation.Methods：A total of 60 patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia with phlegm-turbidity stagnation were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given Jiangya Tiaozhi decoction，and those in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment with nifedipine controlled release tablets，irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide tablets，and atorvastatin calcium tablets.The two groups were compared in terms of systolic pressure，diastolic pressure，blood lipids，traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome score，hemorheological indices，and overall response before and after treatment.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group (90.00% vs 70.00%，P＜0.05).Both groups had significant changes in systolic pressure，diastolic pressure，blood lipids，TCM syndrome score，and hemorheological indices after treatment，and there were significant differences in these indices between the two groups after treatment (P＜0.05).Conclusion：Jiangya Tiaozhi decoction has a better clinical effect than Western medicine alone in the treatment of hypertension and hyperlipidemia with phlegm-turbidity stagnation and can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms and reduce complications. |
