| 目的：比较参芪柔脉合剂对脑梗死合并颈动脉粥样硬化（CAS）患者血脂、血清炎症因子和血管内皮功能及神经功能评分（NIHSS）的影响。方法：选取脑梗死合并CAS患者85例，采用随机数字表法分为2组，对照组42例采用脑梗死常规治疗加辛伐他汀胶囊治疗，治疗组43例在对照组基础上加参芪柔脉合剂治疗，疗程均为3个月。比较2组患者血脂4项、NIHSS评分、炎症因子水平、血管内皮功能、颈动脉超声检查结果及不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗后，2组患者总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、细胞间黏附因子-1（ICAM-1）、白细胞介素6（IL-6）、内皮素1（ET-1）、颈动脉内中膜厚度（IMT）、斑块Crouse积分及NIHSS评分均较治疗前显著降低，高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、一氧化氮（NO）均较治疗前显著升高，且治疗组改善优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）。结论：参芪柔脉合剂能改善脑梗死合并CAS患者血脂情况、降低血清炎症因子水平、改善血管内皮功能，并可减小颈动脉粥样硬化斑块，且具有较高安全性。 |

| Effect of Shenqi Roumai mixture on inflammatory factors and endothelial function in patients with cerebral infarction and carotid atherosclerosis |

| Objective：To investigate the effect of Shenqi Roumai mixture on blood lipids，serum inflammatory factors，vascular endothelial function，and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score in patients with cerebral infarction and carotid atherosclerosis (CAS).Methods：A total of 85 patients with cerebral infarction and CAS were enrolled and divided into control group with 42 patients and treatment group with 43 patients using a random number table.The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment of cerebral infarction plus simvastatin capsules，and those in the treatment group were given Shenqi Roumai mixture in addition to the treatment in the control group.The course of treatment was 3 months for both groups.The two groups were compared in terms of four blood lipid parameters，NIHSS score，inflammatory factors，vascular endothelial function，carotid artery ultrasound findings，and adverse events.Results：After treatment，both groups had significant reductions in total cholesterol，triglyceride，low-density lipoprotein cholesterol，high-sensitivity C-reactive protein，intercellular adhesion molecule-1，interleukin-6，endothelin-1，carotid intima-media thickness，plaque Crouse score，and NIHSS score，as well as significant increases in high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and nitric oxide，and the treatment group had significantly greater improvements than the control group (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).Conclusion：In patients with cerebral infarction and CAS，Shenqi Roumai mixture can significantly improve blood lipids，reduce the serum levels of inflammatory factors，improve vascular endothelial function，and reduce carotid atherosclerotic plaque，with a high level of safety. |
