| 目的：研究护牙宝慕斯对由变异链球菌（S.Mutans）引起的龋病的预防作用。方法：以护牙宝慕斯为对象，采用牛津被法测定护牙宝对S.Mutans的抑制作用，并采用二倍稀释法测定其最低抑菌浓度（MIC）。结果：护牙宝原液以及稀释液均对S.Mutans表现出较好的抑制效果，其原液抑菌圈可达（22.5±0.5）mm，8%护牙宝稀释液抑菌圈为（17.7±0.7）mm。采用二倍稀释法测定其MIC为1%护牙宝原液浓度。结论：即使经过口腔稀释，护牙宝也能起到预防由S.Mutans引起的龋病的作用。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective：To investigate the preventive effect of Huyabao mousse against dental caries caused by Streptococcus mutans.Methods：The Oxford cup method was used to measure the inhibitory effect of Huyabao on Streptococcus mutans，and the double-dilution method was used to measure the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of Huyabao.Results：The original solution and the diluted solution of Huyabao had a good inhibitory effect on Streptococcus mutans；the original solution had an inhibition zone of 22.5±0.5 mm，and the 8% diluted solution had an inhibition zone of 17.7±0.7 mm.The double-dilution method showed that Huyabao had an MIC of 1% original solution.Conclusion：Huyabao can prevent dental caries caused by Streptococcus mutans even after being diluted in the oral cavity. |
