| 目的:建立紫玉簪Hosta ventricosa( Salisb.) Stearn 的质量标准。方法:对紫玉簪的性状、显微特
征进行鉴别后,测定其水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分和浸出物含量,同时对指标成分吉托皂苷元和4-香豆酸进
行定性与定量分析,建立一套完整的紫玉簪质量标准体系。结果:紫玉簪性状和显微特征明显,薄层色谱斑点
清晰。吉托皂苷元在4.312 0~ 215.600 0 μg/mL(r=0.999 4)、4-香豆酸在1.009 0~ 50.448 2 μg/mL(r=1.000 0)
范围内呈现良好的线性关系;平均回收率分别为96.2%(RSD=3.21%)和94.5%(RSD=1.26%)。8 批次样品
水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物、吉托皂苷元和4- 香豆酸含量范围分别为8.4% ~ 12.9%、4.3% ~ 5.6%、
0.4% ~ 1.8%、44.8% ~ 53.5%、0.133 ~ 0.955 mg/g 和0.063 ~ 0.154 mg/g。初步拟定水分、总灰分、酸不溶
性灰分限度分别不得超过13.0%、6.0% 和2.0% ;按干燥品计,浸出物不得少于40.0%,吉托皂苷元不得少于
0.013%,4-香豆酸不得少于0.008%。结论:本文建立了完整的性状鉴别、显微鉴别、薄层色谱鉴别、检查、浸出
物及含量测定方法,为合理评价紫玉簪药材质量提供了科学依据。 |

| Objective: To establish the quality standard for Hosta ventricosa (Salisb.) Stearn. Methods: After
identifying the morphological characteristics and microscopic features of Hosta ventricosa, water content, total ash, acid-insoluble
ash, and extract were measured, and qualitative and quantitative analyses were performed for the marker components
gitogenin and 4-coumaric acid to establish a comprehensive quality standard system for Hosta ventricosa. Results: Hosta
ventricosa had distinct morphological and microscopic features, with clear spots on thin-layer chromatography (TLC).
Gitogenin and 4-coumaric acid showed a good linear relationship within the range of 4.312 0-215.600 0 μg/mL (r =
0.999 4) and 1.009 0-50.448 2 μg/mL (r = 1.000 0), respectively, with an average recovery rate of 96.2% (relative
standard deviation [RSD] = 3.21%) and 94.5% (RSD = 1.26%), respectively. For the 8 batches of samples, the
ranges of water content, total ash, acid-insoluble ash, extract, gitogenin, and 4-coumaric acid were 8.4%-12.9%, 4.3%-
5.6%, 0.4%-1.8%, 44.8%-53.5%, 0.133-0.955 mg/g, and 0.063-0.154 mg/g, respectively. It was preliminarily proposed that water content, total ash, and acid-insoluble ash should not exceed 13.0%, 6.0%, and 2.0%, respectively; calculated
on the basis of the dried product, the extract should not be less than 40.0%, gitogenin should not be less than 0.013%, and
4-coumaric acid should not be less than 0.008%. Conclusion: This study established a comprehensive system for morphological
identification, microscopic identification, TLC identification, general examination, extract determination, and content
determination, which provides a scientific basis for rational evaluation of the quality of Hosta ventricosa. |
