| 目的：基于血清甲基化CpG 结合蛋白2（methyl-CpG binding protein 2，MECP-2）调控视角，观
察小柴胡汤合瓜蒌红花汤治疗肝经郁热型带状疱疹（herpes zoster，HZ）的临床疗效，并探讨其作用机制。方
法：选取肝经郁热型HZ 患者62 例，将其随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组各31 例。对照组予以西医常规治疗，
治疗组在对照组基础上加用小柴胡汤合瓜蒌红花汤治疗，观察2 组症状、体征（止疱、疼痛缓解、结痂、脱痂）的
改善时间，疼痛视觉模拟量表（Visual Analog Scale，VAS）评分，和血清MECP-2 的动态变化，并评价临床疗效。
结果：总有效率治疗组为 93.55%（29/31），对照组为74.19%（23/31），2 组比较，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。
2 组症状、体征的改善时间，疼痛VAS 评分，血清MECP-2 水平治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较，差异均
有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论：小柴胡汤合瓜蒌红花汤在缓解肝经郁热型HZ 患者临床症状和缩短病程方面
具有明显优势，其机制可能是通过降低血清MECP-2 水平，改善了水痘- 带状疱疹病毒引发的神经损伤、疼痛
敏感性。 |

| Clinical effect of Xiaochaihu decoction combined with Gualou Honghua decoction in treatment ofherpes zoster with stagnated heat in liver meridian: An analysis of 31 cases |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical effect and mechanism of action of Xiaochaihu decoction combined
with Gualou Honghua decoction in the treatment of herpes zoster with stagnated heat in liver meridian based on the regulation
of serum methyl-CpG binding protein 2 （MECP-2）. Methods: A total of 62 patients with herpes zoster with stagnated
heat in liver meridian were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 31 patients in each
group. The patients in the control group received conventional Western medicine treatment, while those in the treatment
group received Xiaochaihu decoction combined with Gualou Honghua decoction in addition to the treatment in the control
group. The two groups were observed in terms of the improvement in symptoms and signs （cessation of blistering, pain
relief, scabbing, and scab detachment）, Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） score for pain, and the dynamic change in serum
MECP-2, and clinical outcome was assessed. Results: There was a significant difference in overall response rate between
the treatment group and the control group ［93.55% （29/31） vs 74.19% （23/31）, P < 0.05］. After treatment, both
groups had significant changes in symptoms and signs, VAS pain score, and the serum level of MECP-2, and there were significant differences in these indicators between the two groups after treatment （P < 0.05）. Conclusion: Xiaochaihu
decoction combined with Gualou Honghua decoction has significant advantages in alleviating clinical symptoms and shortening
the course of the disease in patients with herpes zoster with stagnated heat in liver meridian, possibly by reducing
the serum level of MECP-2, which helps to improve nerve injury and pain sensitivity caused by the varicella-zoster virus,
shorten the recovery time of symptoms, and alleviate pain. |
