| 电针手厥阴心包经治疗脑卒中后意识障碍30例 |

| 目的：观察电针手厥阴心包经对脑卒中后意识障碍患者的临床疗效。方法：将60例脑卒中后意识障碍患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各30例。2组均给予常规西药和康复治疗，对照组在此基础上予以常规针刺治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上将右侧内关、劳宫连接电针刺激。比较2组治疗前、治疗2周后、治疗4周后的意识状态等级、格拉斯哥昏迷评分（Glasgow Coma Scale，GCS）及改良昏迷恢复量表评分（Coma Recovery Scale-Revised，CRS-R），并评价临床疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为80.00%（24/30），对照组为53.33%（16/30），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗2周后，2组意识状态等级、GCS较治疗前均无明显改善，但CRS-R较治疗前升高，且治疗组高于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗4周后，2组意识状态等级、GCS、CRS-R均较治疗前有所改善，且治疗组优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：电针手厥阴心包经对脑卒中后意识障碍患者具有积极的促醒作用，且对意识水平的改善优于普通针刺治疗。 |

| Clinical effect of electroacupuncture at the pericardium meridian of Hand-Jueyin in treatment of disturbance of consciousness after stroke: An analysis of 30 cases |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of electroacupuncture at the pericardium meridian of Hand-Jueyin in the treatment of patients with disturbance of consciousness after stroke. Methods: A total of 60 patients with disturbance of consciousness after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given conventional acupuncture combined with conventional Western medicine treatment and rehabilitation treatment, and those in the treatment group were given electroacupuncture at right Neiguan and Laogong points in addition to the treatment in the control group. The two groups were compared in terms of the level of consciousness, Glasgow Coma Scale （GCS） score, and Coma Recovery Scale-Revised （CRS-R） before treatment and after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment, and clinical outcome was assessed. Results: There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group ［80.00% （24/30） vs 53.33% （16/30）,P< 0.05］. After 2 weeks of treatment, there were no significant improvements in the level of consciousness and GCS score in either group, and the treatment group had a significant increase in CRS-R score （P<0.05）. After 4 weeks of treatment, both groups had significant improvements in the level of consciousness, GCS score, and CRS-R score （P<0.05）, and the treatment group had significantly better results than the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion: Electroacupuncture at the pericardium meridian of Hand-Jueyin has an active wake-promoting effect on patients with disturbance of consciousness after stroke, with a significantly better effect than conventional acupuncture in improving the level of consciousness. |
