| 以赵雪丽编译版《傅青主女科》为语料，系统对比 ChatGPT、文心一言与 DeepSeek 在术语、句法、语篇三层面的英译质量，以人工翻译为基础，对比国内外主流机译平台在中医药典籍翻译中的特点与差异。研究发现，机器翻译在术语一致性、古汉语省略与隐逻辑处理、语篇连贯性与格式规范等方面仍显薄弱，语义完整性、逻辑清晰度及术语标准化方面与人工翻译存在差距。建议重视汉英语言习惯差异、引入“古汉语-白话文-英语”转译机制、强化语篇整体一致性、建立术语格式规范，以全面提升中医药典籍机器翻译质量与应用效果。 |

| With the version of Fu Qingzhu’s Obstetrics and Gynecology compiled by Zhao Xueli as the corpus, this study systematically compares the English translation quality of ChatGPT, ERNIE Bot, and DeepSeek at the levels of terminology, syntax, and discourse. Based on human translation, this article compares the characteristics and differences of mainstream domestic and foreign machine translation platforms in the translation of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）classics. This study shows that machine translation still has weaknesses in terminological consistency, the handling of ellipsis and implicit logic in ancient Chinese, discourse coherence, and format standardization, and in addition, there remains a gap between machine translation and human translation in terms of semantic integrity, logical clarity, and terminological standardization. It is suggested to pay attention to the differences in linguistic habits between Chinese and English, introduce the translation mechanism of “ancient Chinese-modern vernacular Chinese-English”, enhance overall discourse consistency, and establish the standards for terminology and format, so as to comprehensively improve the quality and application effectiveness of machine translation for TCM classics. |
