| 目的：观察气交灸预防混合痔患者术后尿潴留的效果。方法：选取混合痔手术治疗患者86例，将其按病区分为观察组和对照组，观察组41例接受气交灸干预，对照组43例接受常规护理干预，以4 d为观察期限（手术当天～术后第3天），比较2组术后8 h尿潴留发生率、导尿率、首次排尿时间、首次排尿量、排尿困难积分。结果：术后8 h尿潴留发生率观察组为12.2％（5/41），对照组为39.5％（17/43），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；导尿率观察组为4.9％（2/41），对照组为20.9％（9/43），2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组首次排尿时间、排尿困难积分均优于对照组（P<0.05），但2组首次排尿量比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：气交灸可有效降低混合痔患者术后尿潴留发生率和导尿率，缩短首次排尿时间，改善排尿困难。 |

| Clinical effect of Qijiao moxibustion in the prevention of urinary retention after surgery for mixed hemorrhoids: An analysis of 41 cases |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Qijiao moxibustion in the prevention of urinary retention after surgery in patients with mixed hemorrhoids. Methods: A total of 86 patients who underwent surgical treatment for mixed hemorrhoids were enrolled and divided into observation group and control group according to their ward areas. The 41 patients in the observation group received Qijiao moxibustion, while the 43 patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention, with an observation period of 4 days （from the day of surgery to day 3 after surgery）. The two groups were compared in terms of the incidence rate of urinary retention at 8 hours after surgery, urethral catheterization rate, time to first urination, volume of first urination, and dysuria score. Results:There was a significant difference in the incidence rate of urinary retention at 8 hours after surgery between the observation group and control group［12.2％（5/41）vs. 39.5％（17/43）,P<0.05］, and in the wrethral catheterization rate between the observation group and control group［4.9％（2/41） vs. 20.9％（9/43）,P<0.05］ The observation group had significantly better results than the control group in terms of the incidence rate of urinary retention, urethral catheterization rate, time to first urination, and dysuria score （P < 0.05）, while there was no significant difference in the volume of first urination between the two groups （P > 0.05）. Conclusion: For patients with mixed hemorrhoids, Qijiao moxibustion can effectively reduce the incidence rate of postoperative urinary retention and urethral catheterization rate, shorten the time to first urination, and alleviate dysuria. |
